We visited Brixworth Dental Practice today for our first appointment. It was a relaxed atmosphere which is important for my daughter as she has severe anxiety. The staff were lovely. The dentist explained everything as he was going along. We will be booking all our dental treatments with them in future.
I would highly recommend The Edge Dental Clinic. The service was excellent from start to finish, Dr. Rizwan and his dedicated team were friendly, professional and reliable. During extraction of my teeth Dr. Rizwan made me feel comfortable in a very professional and gentle way. He was also great at explaining my options, and finally, he made for me some very good quality dental work.
I came to this dentist after having had multiple mixed experiences elsewhere. I was instantly at ease at how kind the staff at the front desk were. This was followed through in the treatment room where everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was rushed. I wasn’t made to feel like just another customer. The personal care was also the best I have experienced! I write this review to recommend others if you’re looking for a new dental practice. I look forward to returning for my follow-up. Thank you crofts!
Nico and Jay were awesome this morning taking my bad tooth out and ensuring my experience was pain-free. Again, full explanation and un rushed treatment at fair prices.
Absolutely Amazing! Across the whole board. The care & compassion I have received is remarkable. I have extreme anxiety & the care & compassion I have experienced has truly been exceptional. The understanding from the boss, to the dental nurses, to the receptionists has been astonishing! I would never trust any other practise than this one. The practise on a whole is very welcoming, light, airy & very clean. I would like to thank you all very much for the trust I have now gained, thanks to such a wonderful team of lovely staff. I would like to add that dental care is very important for both myself & my children & I know with this dentist we will have thorough dental check-ups and very healthy teeth for years to come. Nothing is too much 😊
My husband and I have been using Focus for many years now, the staff are always friendly and professional, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. I recommend Focus to friends and family. Many thanks for looking after our teeth.
