We visited Brixworth Dental Practice today for our first appointment. It was a relaxed atmosphere which is important for my daughter as she has severe anxiety. The staff were lovely. The dentist explained everything as he was going along. We will be booking all our dental treatments with them in future.
I came to this dentist after having had multiple mixed experiences elsewhere. I was instantly at ease at how kind the staff at the front desk were. This was followed through in the treatment room where everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was rushed. I wasn’t made to feel like just another customer. The personal care was also the best I have experienced! I write this review to recommend others if you’re looking for a new dental practice. I look forward to returning for my follow-up. Having been referred to Blue Sky for periodontal treatment and implants I met with Simon. He took time in explaining the procedures and options and the length of time the treatments would take. From my first appointment Simon made me feel at ease and reassured at an anxious time. His skill and knowledge of treatment enabled me to go ahead and have implant placements fitted in my challenging case. Following Simon, I saw Kostas for my implants to be fitted. Again he took time explaining the procedure and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointments. The results were excellent. Couldn't be happier with the results. I had 6 months of braces around 5 years ago at Confident Smile Dental Practice. My teeth still look straight and beautiful. When the braces were removed I had fix retainers on upper jaw and removable retainers that I still use overnight. The doctor and the staff at the practice have been just amazing and I couldn't thank them enough for the great job done.
