I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. You will find that all their suggestions for your treatment are based on a genuine desire to help you in every possible way, as I did!

Excellent. I had a slight problem with a denture That they made for me in April. Very patient. Listened to what I was not happy about. After several small adjustments and now its great and no extra cost.

I had intravenous sedation. I’m an extremely nervous patient and I knew I needed some work on my teeth so I contacted Leagrave Sedation Clinic by email explaining my fear of the dentist. I had the initial consultation and was given a date for my appointment. The anaesthetist was excellent, and put me to sleep, and when I woke, all was done and finished, with no pain at all. I certainly would recommend this dentist If you’re a nervous patient like I was! Very understanding, kind, & compassionate. 10/10.

I have just finished treatment with Dr Kolahi for cosmetic dentistry and extensive work that was necessary before the cosmetic could be done. Dr Kolahi and her team have been amazing with me throughout, being so mindful of my fear of dentistry at all times. I am delighted with the results. All of the staff at The Waterside Dental Clinic are exceptional. I have never received this level of care and service at any dentist I have been to previously. I would recommend them to anybody.

I had my annual check-up. The service was first class.

A super fast respond from the clinic and I got an appointment straight away. The staff and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. The professionalism and work ethics are amazing. I would recommend the place and I intend to carry on using their services.

My wife had an x-ray for dental implant purposes, the surgery was very helpful. It would be nice if they would offer me and and wife a twice-yearly checkup once our dentures are fitted.

I first had a consultation with Dr Hamid a few months ago I have old crowns and hated that they didn't flow with my natural teeth. They did Xrays and discussed what I wanted and we decided on a treatment plan of whitening replacement of crowns and crowns and veneers around the other teeth, in just 4 visits my treatment is complete I'm so happy with the final finish. Anytime I called with a query or to amend an appointment the staff were very helpful. The customer service is amazing and would not go anywhere else now.

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Broke my bottom denture right through and took it to victory dental lab who did the repair within the hour. You cannot see where the break was denture looks the same as before the damage. Graeme was very helpful in some other information and service I wanted. So very happy with the service reasonable price too.

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .
