I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I had intravenous sedation. I’m an extremely nervous patient and I knew I needed some work on my teeth so I contacted Leagrave Sedation Clinic by email explaining my fear of the dentist. I had the initial consultation and was given a date for my appointment. The anaesthetist was excellent, and put me to sleep, and when I woke, all was done and finished, with no pain at all. I certainly would recommend this dentist If you’re a nervous patient like I was! Very understanding, kind, & compassionate. 10/10.
I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.
Standard annual review found three small holes, helpful discussion about cause & prevention, treatment was entirely pain free with pleasant reassurance about pressure/vibration/scraping on each change of tool. Thank you for the great service.
All of the staff at The Waterside Dental Clinic are exceptional. I have never received this level of care and service at any dentist I have been to previously. I would recommend them to anybody.

My wife had an x-ray for dental implant purposes, the surgery was very helpful. It would be nice if they would offer me and and wife a twice-yearly checkup once our dentures are fitted.

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery
Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you.
