I’ve been a patient of Dove Tail for many years. They have always given me great care and paid attention to detail. The implants I have (a fix on four), which were done about twelve years ago, are still looking great. I have regular aftercare to maintain my smile. The staff are always on hand to provide comfort and support, and the environment is calm and comfortable. I would have no problem recommending Dovetail to you.
Excellent. I had a slight problem with a denture That they made for me in April. Very patient. Listened to what I was not happy about. After several small adjustments and now its great and no extra cost.
I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.
Every interaction I've had here has been outstanding. Every member of staff, from the practitioners to the receptionists, are so friendly and put you immediately at ease. I've never been so impressed or left my dentist/hygienist appointments so happy before.
I have just completed what I would call an a complete mouth makeover. It wasn't t a quick fix but I have had Invisalign treatment on my upper teeth having had squint teeth since childhood and three implants on missing teeth. My smile is completely different and people have commented on the difference it has made. Dr Vineeth Balachandran was excellent in explaining procedure options and cost from the outset. I would throughly recommend him as someone who dreaded a filling to be able to have nine appointments and really not worry was probably the best commendation I can make. The nurses and ambience in the surgery is very friendly. I have seen a very caring understanding approach to patients in the waiting room from a nearby care home with a patient who was anxious and upset. As a retired nurse I was impressed. I cannot recommend this surgery enough. It is never to late to improve your smile. (I'm 65).

Exceptional in every way! No wonder I’ve been using this clinic for 10 years now! Dr. Ahmed is like a ray of sunshine, he always welcomes his patients with a smile that simply gives us confidence. An incredible dentist, almost too modest for his level of professionalism, who managed to gather around him a lovely team that will hopefully follow his approach. Having a treatment plan agreed upon with Contemporary Dentists a few months ago, the New Year saw me attend for the penultimate work to be carried out. A sedation multiple extractions and a new denture, needless to say as a nervous patient I was very anxious. Well, I received excellent care, was put at ease, the dental nurses were brilliant and Mr Russ, had, I imagine a challenging time with what I needed to do. The outcome two days later, I'm 100% happy and very grateful for their help and I have found my confidence is now coming back, so finding Contemporary Dentists Exeter was the best thing that's happened to me. I recommend anyone searching for dental care search no more you'll find it at Contemporary, many thanks to Mr Mark Russ and the team.
If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
I went for Scaling and Polish... The experience was a lot smoother than I thought and my teeth are transformed. I will recommend it to my friend
