I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. You will find that all their suggestions for your treatment are based on a genuine desire to help you in every possible way, as I did!

Excellent. I had a slight problem with a denture That they made for me in April. Very patient. Listened to what I was not happy about. After several small adjustments and now its great and no extra cost.

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

The reception staff were helpful and polite. Dentist was really good at putting me at ease and running through any changes in medical history and general wellbeing. 2 yearly x-ray taken all looked fine. Advised to clean a little long on the backs of teeth. Reception booked me in for the next 6 monthly check-up.

My wife had an x-ray for dental implant purposes, the surgery was very helpful. It would be nice if they would offer me and and wife a twice-yearly checkup once our dentures are fitted.

I was really impressed with Dr Vineeth Balachandran, he explained what process I required and in a way I fully understood.

They help me out, great advices and prices. Nothing else to add. I recommend this clinic.

Exceptional in every way! No wonder I’ve been using this clinic for 10 years now! Dr. Ahmed is like a ray of sunshine, he always welcomes his patients with a smile that simply gives us confidence. An incredible dentist, almost too modest for his level of professionalism, who managed to gather around him a lovely team that will hopefully follow his approach. I had my appointment a week ago, and they were the first dental entity to approach me. Being a foreigner in the UK, I was a little sceptical regarding getting an early appointment because I was in severe pain, but they were swift to respond to me and did a job well done! I sincerely thank them for their service and sincerely recommend that people go to them for dental issues.

The entire staff team have been so welcoming and bright. The dentist is reassuring, gentle and patient. I’d highly recommend this practice.
