I'm quite a nervous patient and never thought about sedation before. I had to have 2 big teeth out and very ao anxious about having them out. So I contacted holmes dentists (I live 2 hours away) I'm so glad I did. Right from the first phone call I made to them they put me at ease straight away. If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
I found the staff very caring and helpful. The dentist was very clear and professional on what treatment was best for me, and I believe the charges were very reasonable. If I had any minor comments, it would be just to ensure the bars are in place on the entrance for a disabled patient. But overall, I am more than happy with the staff, how helpful they were, and professional. That also is the same for the dentist. 10/10.
Not a fan of going to the dentist, but Nial makes me feel very much at ease by explaining the treatment every step of the way, inspiring confidence that I am in safe hands. My new partial denture and veneer ensured I had a fantastic smile at my son's wedding. The girls at the front desk are so friendly, nothing is too much bother and the free coffee tastes lovely!
