Better Care Clinic - Dental Practice

An exceptional practice. I have attended this dental practice for some years now and can honestly say it has taken away all fears I had previously of going to the dentists. Minal Amlani is a wonderful dentist who makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Calming background music is played in the treatment room which helps with any nerves or just allows you to forget you are in a dentist's room. I have had fillings here and a tooth extraction, and although it is more costly than an NHS dentist, I would say it was worth it and recommend it. I had chosen this dentist as I had previously had a string of uncomfortable experiences at NHS practices and wanted somewhere which offered a better level of service and made me feel better. The "Better Care" in the name here is well deserved. If you need a new dentist, or just want one, I recommend visiting here even if you are just making enquiries. All staff are friendly and you will feel relaxed as soon as you walk in.

I attended this clinic after being up all night with severe toothache.
I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!!
I was so lucky to have got an emergency appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease.


When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after being such a baby! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) .The experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful.

I have been a patient since the surgery opened, I have had treatment for myself and my 4-year-old daughter and I’ve seen both Dr Amin and Dr Amlani and the service provided has always been excellent. My daughter broke her front tooth and Dr Amin was wonderful with her, so calming and reassuring and fixed the tooth. The team are professional and welcoming. Would very highly recommend and also very good value for money.

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a good experience following a dental emergency I had to give 👍🏼 to my dentist and her dental nurse. Put me at ease by explaining what was going to happen and checking if I was Ok throughout the procedure. Lovely people, can't recommend this clinic enough.

I see Dr Minal regularly for my dental treatments. I was always nervous in the past when I needed a dental check-up or treatment however Minal is very caring, encouraging and always gives me the highest level of treatment without any discomfort. She is very professional, knowledgeable, very good at what she does, and always goes above and beyond to help her patients. I would highly recommend her. Thank you for helping me Minal!

I found the clinic to be warm and welcoming.

In my consultation I was included in the process and able to share my previous experiences with procedures elsewhere and given all the options available to help me make a decision on best course treatment.

Before the procedure again everything was explained clearly and my anxiety was taken into account in a calm and manner. The procedure was completely painless and conducted calmly.

Aftercare was explained and I felt included in the entire experience, I felt that it was conducted in a caring and inclusive way with no pain or discomfort.

I returned a couple of weeks later to have a quick follow up appointment and adjustments were made without any fuss.
