The reception team are welcoming and professional, and both Dentist & hygienist took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I felt listened to and fully informed about each step, which made the whole visit much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a caring and reassuring practice.

I have been so impressed with Highfield Dental as my orthodontist. I have started Invisalign clear aligners with them. Everything has been thoroughly explained and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Like many others, I don’t love going to the dentist but they make it a really pleasant experience. I can’t wait to have my teeth whitened at the end and to see the hygienist there. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a private dentist.

I have been a patient for over a year now and have always been very happy with the care and attention given at each visit. Reception staff are always extremely polite and welcoming, which gives a calm atmosphere to the practice. Every dentist that I have seen at the practice always takes the time to explain the procedure and make you feel at ease, and as a nervous patient, this is very reassuring. I visited on Saturday for a consultation on composite bonding on some of my upper and lower teeth, and was very happy with the detailed explanations given by Mikalah for me to reach a decision to go ahead with treatment. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the subject. I would highly recommend BDC if you are looking for a practice that goes above and beyond in caring for its patients.
