I have just finished treatment with Dr Kolahi for cosmetic dentistry and extensive work that was necessary before the cosmetic could be done. Dr Kolahi and her team have been amazing with me throughout, being so mindful of my fear of dentistry at all times. I am delighted with the results. Had several extractions and Slav and Rachel were fantastic- reassuring, informative and caring. I’ve not been keen to visit a dentist following a bad experience many years ago but I would recommend this practice without fail.

I attended this clinic after being up all night with severe toothache. I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!! I was so lucky to have got an emergency appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease. When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after being such a baby! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) .The experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful. Many thanks

I have just completed what I would call an a complete mouth makeover. It wasn't t a quick fix but I have had Invisalign treatment on my upper teeth having had squint teeth since childhood and three implants on missing teeth. My smile is completely different and people have commented on the difference it has made. Dr Vineeth Balachandran was excellent in explaining procedure options and cost from the outset. I would throughly recommend him as someone who dreaded a filling to be able to have nine appointments and really not worry was probably the best commendation I can make. The nurses and ambience in the surgery is very friendly. I have seen a very caring understanding approach to patients in the waiting room from a nearby care home with a patient who was anxious and upset. As a retired nurse I was impressed. I cannot recommend this surgery enough. It is never to late to improve your smile. (I'm 65).

After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

Exceptional in every way! No wonder I’ve been using this clinic for 10 years now! Dr. Ahmed is like a ray of sunshine, he always welcomes his patients with a smile that simply gives us confidence. An incredible dentist, almost too modest for his level of professionalism, who managed to gather around him a lovely team that will hopefully follow his approach. Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you. I am so happy, thank you so much!!

I was told by 3 high street dentists that they would not do the procedure until I had had a series of infections and would then have to be referred back to an NHS hospital. I was told I would probably only have my top wisdom teeth out, to stop them from pushing food down into my lower wisdom teeth. I was also offered fillings on my bottom wisdom teeth, but because of where they were and how impacted they were I found it difficult to clean them. I was a private patient at all of these dental surgeries. I was also finding it difficult to book a hygienist appointment. Fast forward to Contemporary Dental! I booked in as a new patient, and had an exam and hygiene appointment in the same visit! The x-ray showed how impacted my teeth were and Mark suggested straight away we look at getting them out asap. No worries, no stress, no talk of multiple infections or fillings... I told Mark I was a bit nervous about having them out, and I realise this has been caused by previous Dentists telling me all the horror stories. I was sedated, and I woke up after the procedure. I have had no bruising, no swelling, minimal pain. I'm just shocked- they're out, I'm feeling great. I got a follow-up call the day after, which I found lovely. I have been a private patient since my dentist retired and couldn't find an NHS dentist. I have found some dentists charge you private prices for really basic care and you rarely see the same dentist. I am very happy with Contemporary Prices because they go above and beyond with their care. I also feel by paying for the extractions I had, I can now look after my teeth better. The clinic is lovely, friendly, kind, approachable people. I'm very happy with the service and care I have received and I couldn't recommend Contemporary Dentist enough. It's nice to see the same dentist/ hygienist each time and to build a relationship. A very happy patient!

I have been a patient for over a year now and have always been very happy with the care and attention given at each visit. Reception staff are always extremely polite and welcoming, which gives a calm atmosphere to the practice. Every dentist that I have seen at the practice always takes the time to explain the procedure and make you feel at ease, and as a nervous patient, this is very reassuring. I visited on Saturday for a consultation on composite bonding on some of my upper and lower teeth, and was very happy with the detailed explanations given by Mikalah for me to reach a decision to go ahead with treatment. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the subject. I would highly recommend BDC if you are looking for a practice that goes above and beyond in caring for its patients.
