I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

I have been so impressed with Highfield Dental as my orthodontist. I have started Invisalign clear aligners with them. Everything has been thoroughly explained and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Like many others, I don’t love going to the dentist but they make it a really pleasant experience. I can’t wait to have my teeth whitened at the end and to see the hygienist there. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a private dentist.

I attended this clinic after being up all night with severe toothache. I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!! I was so lucky to have got an emergency appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease. When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after being such a baby! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) .The experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful. Many thanks

When I was in severe tooth pain, they helped me get a quick appointment and relieve my pain during the last week of the year which was very difficult to accommodate. Nurse Heta and the doctor are very helpful and understanding, they accommodated me in between their busy schedule, even though I reached very late due to minimal availability of transportation during Christmas week. I am very grateful to them that because of them I managed to get my pain fixed and because of that, my Christmas went painless. Many thanks for efficiently and tirelessly making effort to make it for me. Thanks to both of you.

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. Dr Rez has the most patient wonderful team. I am having my treatment with Dr Anthony who is so kind makes me feel at ease and doesn't rush and tells me everything he is going to do before he starts. I am so confident in having my treatment. I have recommended Anthony to my husband daughter and granddaughter who feel the same as myself.

What can I say....... All Saints Dental is one of the best I've ever been to and I have been to quite a few. Dr A Farooq is the best dentist you can ever get ( try for yourself). I have to say the whole team is absolutely amazing, especially Axa. They all are very professional and caring. I have had quite a bit of Dentle work done and experienced no issues at all, from start to finish Iv have received excellent care and I cannot recommend them highly enough, so thank you All Saints you all are awesome.

First time I’ve been in a dental setting for a very long time and was made to feel at ease by the friendly and welcoming staff as soon as I walked through the door. The gentleman (I’m really bad at remembering names) that I saw was excellent and was extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to explain things to me and I really appreciated that. When I need any dental work or help in the future this will be the place I go.

Having a treatment plan agreed upon with Contemporary Dentists a few months ago, the New Year saw me attend for the penultimate work to be carried out. A sedation multiple extractions and a new denture, needless to say as a nervous patient I was very anxious. Well, I received excellent care, was put at ease, the dental nurses were brilliant and Mr Russ, had, I imagine a challenging time with what I needed to do. The outcome two days later, I'm 100% happy and very grateful for their help and I have found my confidence is now coming back, so finding Contemporary Dentists Exeter was the best thing that's happened to me. I have been a patient for over a year now and have always been very happy with the care and attention given at each visit. Reception staff are always extremely polite and welcoming, which gives a calm atmosphere to the practice. Every dentist that I have seen at the practice always takes the time to explain the procedure and make you feel at ease, and as a nervous patient, this is very reassuring. I visited on Saturday for a consultation on composite bonding on some of my upper and lower teeth, and was very happy with the detailed explanations given by Mikalah for me to reach a decision to go ahead with treatment. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the subject. I would highly recommend BDC if you are looking for a practice that goes above and beyond in caring for its patients.
