I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I went to the surgery because I had a problem I had an emergency appointment. The dentist was very helpful and gave me advice.

Paul is a really friendly and professional dentist who I would highly recommend. He even refunded half my initial fee because I wasn’t able to bite the x ray wire(nervous reflex).

Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm not saying it's fun but it's as good as it can get at this surgery. I will be grateful forever for the wonderful care and expertise I receive here. I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. The prices were completely fair when the standard of treatment is considered. I've never had such professional people looking after my smile before! I recently had a routine appointment with my hygienist at Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic. As always she was totally professional, friendly and considerate of my age. The treatment was thorough but gentle with the latest equipment and techniques. I attend this clinic regularly and it provides an exceptional service. If you are looking for a dental clinic in this area, in my experience you won't find better.

I came to this dentist just after the start of lockdown when my own NHS dentist ruined my bridge at the front. I looked into having implants and came for a consultation. Dr Hamid was fantastic and listened to what I wanted. I had a 3D scan and treatment plan drawn up. I had to have a bone transplant due to my jaw bone density not being sufficient enough for the implant. I have had 4 teeth replaced at the front following a childhood accident that has haunted me all my life. Dr Hamid his assistant and receptionist can not do enough for you. My treatment has finished and I am so happy I can smile again with confidence. I will not go anywhere else. If you thinking about implants or cosmetic dental surgery without a doubt they are the best. Not pushy, listen to you, kind and caring. Absolutely fantastic!!

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.

I had a hygienist appointment which I have to admit I never look forward to! The treatment was excellent and they always acknowledge my anxiety and put me at ease, by listening and checking in throughout the process. I always leave feeling pleased I went, then re-book!
