I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. You will find that all their suggestions for your treatment are based on a genuine desire to help you in every possible way, as I did!

I would just like to say thank you for the way my appointment went last Friday (09/06/2023). I had been experiencing a nagging ache from a broken / fractured wisdom tooth for 3 to 4 weeks. My dentist referred me to the team at Leagrave as he had experienced trouble extracting it. I had a session of intravenous sedation and the tooth was out in around 30 minutes. Today less than 24 hours after the appointment is the first day I have not had to take tablets for pain. Thank you to all at Leagrave for the service you gave.

The whole team are excellent, the reception team are polite, friendly and efficient. The dentist and her assistant should be awarded 10 gold stars for their care, professionalism, knowledge and understanding of me as a patient. The discussions are centred on my needs as a patient and my lifestyle. I can't fault them.

I'm quite a nervous patient and never thought about sedation before. I had to have 2 big teeth out and very ao anxious about having them out. So I contacted holmes dentists (I live 2 hours away) I'm so glad I did. Right from the first phone call I made to them they put me at ease straight away. I had the treatment yesterday and everything went great. Every member of staff there are so understanding and are so goood at what they do. If I need a tooth out again I would 100% go back there. The team is very professional and friendly. Coming to treatment there was no pain, seamlessly she performed. I have been through multiple fillings and hygiene appointments, everything went well. Recommended.

Sami and his team at Smilekind have been absolutely great performing a bone graft, implant and bridge on the top set of my teeth. They were kind, considerate and put me at ease explaining step by step the treatment and how they were going to expedite it. I have no hesitation in recommending Smilekind. They are a professional and skilled team who work together to provide a “5-star” service.

Unable to get an NHS dentist on the Island, my wife discovered Bright Smile and signed up, she was very impressed after the first visit and we both go every six months for a check-up. On one visit Brenda wasn't happy with an ulcer she found on the wall of my mouth and asked me to see my G.P. My G.P. agreed with her and requested an appointment at the MaxioFacial department at St Mary's. An appointment was made and I was seen by an oral cancer consultant. The ulcer was gone however there was scaring so a further appointment was made to ensure. I've had the second appointment and my consultancy is ongoing for the present. If it hadn't been for Brenda's advice things could have become quite serious. When, eventually we can see an NHS dentist we will continue to use Bright Smile for checkups, their service is first-rate.

The service was excellent. They fixed my tooth. Very cooperative.

I was so impressed with this practice. The reception was super friendly and helpful. I was in and back out efficiently and had received my X-rays (which was why I was there) by email before I left the office. The practice is modern and immaculately clean. Their prices are excellent, as well. This was a great experience!

Had to have a large molar tooth removed yesterday and was really dreading it. I need not have worried because Dr Gaya did it so that I felt nothing. The injections didn’t hurt and the extraction was done very quickly. I couldn’t believe it. Having had bad experiences in the past has left me nervous. I need not have been because this dentist is brilliant. She is very friendly as well as efficient. I have been with this practice for some years now. The dentist’s assistant nurse is also very pleasant as are all the reception staff. Can’t speak highly enough of them all.

If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
