I recently travelled from the United States to Novus Klinik in Istanbul for full-mouth implant treatment with Dr Mustafa. I am still in the first stage of treatment, so I cannot speak to the final results yet, but I wanted to share my experience so far. From the moment I arrived, the staff were organised, professional, and easy to communicate with. Airport transfers and scheduling went smoothly, and the clinic itself was modern, clean, and well-run. Dr Mustafa reviewed my scans carefully and explained that, because of bone loss, my treatment plan would require additional implants beyond the original plan. The decision was made based on my individual needs rather than following a standard approach. The procedure itself took approximately three hours, including extractions and implant placement. I was impressed by how efficiently the team worked, and my discomfort afterwards has been much less than I expected.

I thank all the staff for their attentive care and the qualified assistance I received at the clinic. Thank you for allowing patients to seek highly qualified doctors and feel at home. I would like to express my deepest respect, gratitude, and admiration for the work and care I received from my assistants, Irina and Mine. Their excellent knowledge of English and my mother's language, coupled with their warmth and attentiveness, made me feel like I was in the care of two daughters at the clinic. I would also like to highlight the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms, which far exceeds our North American standards. This, of course, is thanks to Lady Nahide Hanim, who also never left me unattended, constantly offering me fresh coffee or tea. I am incredibly grateful to her. I first approached Dentapoint International in September 2024 after receiving a recommendation from a friend. At that time, I wasn’t in a position to begin treatment until 2025, but from the very first contact I knew I had made the right choice. I communicated with Oğuz (Ozzy), the clinic coordinator, via WhatsApp. I was instantly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and caring nature. As I was a fairly complex case with several dental issues, Ozzy recommended that I first obtain a CT scan in the UK so the clinic could properly assess my situation and plan the best course of treatment. This immediately gave me confidence that my care was being taken seriously and thoughtfully. After completing the scan in early 2025, I arranged my first visit to Dentapoint in April 2025 for the initial stage of my treatment plan. From the moment I arrived at the clinic in Izmir, I felt completely at ease. I was warmly greeted by two lovely receptionists, and Ozzy personally came downstairs to meet me. Prior to travelling, Ozzy had stayed in regular contact and patiently answered every question I had, which was incredibly reassuring. I then met Dr. Ali, who carried out my implant treatment. He is a highly professional dentist and a genuinely kind man, which made a significant difference to my experience. The clinic itself is modern, hygienic, friendly, and extremely well organised. What stood out most to me was the care taken by the entire team — they never rushed and clearly worked together to ensure my treatment was carried out to the highest standard. During this visit, I also met Ramilya, another clinic coordinator who was new to Dentapoint at the time. She was professional, kind, and a pleasure to talk to during appointments, helping to make the experience even more comfortable. I visited the clinic every day for six days, and each visit was a positive experience — even while undergoing dental treatment. I had my temporaries fitted, received my detailed treatment plan, and returned home knowing I would come back in September 2025 for the final stage. Throughout this period, the clinic remained in contact and continued to answer any questions I had. When I returned in September, the standards were just as exceptional as during my first visit. I met Dr. Gizem Dağyıkan and her assistant Yağmur, who completed the final stage of my treatment. Both were wonderful, highly professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout every appointment. The final step was meeting the dental technician Burak. His attention to detail is outstanding. My new teeth look fantastic — completely natural, but better than my own ever were. I cannot recommend Dentapoint in Izmir highly enough. I did not have a single negative experience across both visits. I would also like to mention that I travelled with my 15-year-old daughter on both occasions, and the team made her feel relaxed, safe, and genuinely cared for. I spent over a year researching and talking to many clinics in Canada, Mexico and Turkey. I ultimately chose this clinic, Esnan Dental Clinic. I just completed my first visit. Do you choose a hospital based on recommendations, or do you do thorough research? Is it the people you meet or the reviews that matter? Is it the care and dedication, or the facilities? Anyone can have a magnificent hospital building, but the true heart of it lies in the staff. The ladies in the cafe who, knowing you’re tired of standard hospital food, order an omelette just for you... The nurses who joke with you, sit by your side, and wipe away your tears when you’re feeling down or overwhelmed after surgery... People who teach you the language, share a laugh, and strive to make your experience so wonderful that you’d want to come back again and again. Is it the interpreter/coordinator, someone so compassionate and incredible, who answers your calls and messages no matter how late it is and truly cares; the kind of person any workplace would be lucky to have? Or is it the hospital manager who takes the time to check in on you and see how you’re doing? The surgeons perform their work with the same routine ease as making a flat white at Costa Coffee; do they care about the person, or just the job? Who knows... But I am certain of one thing: this hospital surpasses every other hospital in İzmir. If you are considering any kind of body transformation, here they care for your mind and soul with the same dedication they show your body. Dental treatment in Marmaris- well, what can I say I had planned to start treatment in Antalya in July. I had researched the clinic and had made my appointment. Everything was set apart from flights, and I was prepared to travel alone We visit turkey a lot and had a holiday planned for Marmaris and my husband said why don’t you look for a dentist while we are there because he really didn’t want me travelling to Antalya alone so I did and I came across denta 48 so I reached out to umma the coordinator she was absolutely amazing speaks very good English she told me step by step of what would happen to me and what was next I received 9 implants, bone grafts, sinus lifts both sides I had my treatment in week 1 of my holiday and followed the rules for 48 hrs or so and carried on with antibiotics and I can honestly say I took no pain relief I was eating soft food by the next day recovery was amazing and had my temporary teeth the same day I am so so glad that I chose Denta 48 it was meant to be as my original teeth had kept me from enjoying life and now with the team at Denta 48 I have had a life changing experience which i wish I had done years ago thank you so much. I feel very fortunate to have found Dent Adavista Clinic. Initially, I went for an appointment to see if I could save my tooth, which had an infection and root resorption. After a thorough examination with an X-ray and 3D scan, my dentist informed me that the tooth was beyond saving and recommended an implant. I flew to Turkey I had transfers and hotel included in the price. On the first day I had x ray and the dentist gave me options. I went to Doctor Bayar's dental clinic about a month ago and got 10 Emax veneers and 3 dental implants (Straumann), and I am extremely pleased with the results! At first, I was nervous about the entire procedure; I was concerned that my teeth would be overprepared. However, Dr. Bayar offered me prep-less veneers and informed me that because my teeth are small and have gaps, I do not require any more preparation to receive my veneers! He made no preparations at all. Following a thorough dental cleaning, he took a 3D scan of my teeth because I could not endure regular impressions due to my gag reflex. After 5 days, my veneers were ready, and we tried them, and I loved them. I experienced no discomfort or sensitivity and felt nothing following the procedure. Of course, getting used to them took some time, and my way of speaking changed as well, but after about a week, I adapted to everything, and for that, I am grateful to Dr.Omer for his professionalism and compassion. I plan to return to you around Christmas to get my crowns. I look forward to visiting you.
