After a great deal of research, I chose the Novusklinik for a full dental restoration, 8 Implant, 7 extractions, a full set of, top-of-the-line dentures for the top arch and crowns on all the lowers. All 28 teeth. I am 50% through the process but am extremely satisfied with their work, professionalism, dedication and follow-up with their patients. The 7 extractions were easy and the generous amount of freezing ensured the process was completely pain-free. They sent me home with a temporary set of acrylic dentures for the top arch so that the implants have time to heal. They are fairly thick so it has taken some time to get used to the and I still have a slight lisp which is a little annoying and gets worse when I have a lot of saliva. Aftercare and follow up communication have been great. The place is spotless, the staff amazing and don’t worry if you don’t speak Turkish they have an interpreter with you every step. Pick up at the airport, driver for all your appointment.and they will drop you off at the airport when your heading home. Can’t wait to get back in Sept and complete all the work. If I had any complaint at all it would have been with the hotel that was reserved for my stay. I think it was called Ruby suites, The fridge never worked and staff never made much of an effort to get it fixed. I complained several times and even spoke to staff at the clinic but this was never resolved. Other than that it was a very positive experience. I would like to thank Maria who was alway very attentive to my treatment and needs and all the staff.

As I was told, the clinic driver collected me from the airport and dropped me at the hotel, booked by the clinic for me. Next day I had my first appointment. Gunay was very helpful and was with me all the time when I was in the clinic, facilitating communication between me and the dentists. On the first day I had an implant done. The surgeon was very nice and the implant was done in less than half an hour. Then the orthodontic took over and fixed my other teeth. She was very gentle and I had all the work done without any pain. I was very happy that they told me exactly what I needed, offered advice and didn't try to convince me to have extra, unnecessary work done. The price was exactly as per quote give to me in advance. In 3-4 months I have to go back for my crowns to be done. I'm very happy with this clinic and their services and I already recommend them to my friends.

Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them.
