The entire experience was outstanding. I had a full mouth reconstruction with 15 implants (9 top 6 bottom) with both sinus lifts and 2 full bridges. Both my husband and I spent months looking at different clinics. We went to meetings and were baffled by it all. This clinic was the only clinic that actually examined us properly. I was a bit unsure at 1st as I couldn't find a lot of information about them, but I kept going back to how we were examined. They never pushed us or hassled us with texts, but when I did text them, they were quick to reply. When we went to the clinic the 1st time, we were met by the doctor with the biggest and most welcoming smile and were introduced to Lee, who had been talking over texts. Lee made us feel warm and had a good laugh with him. The clinic was spotless, and the whole team are very caring, knowledgeable and professional. We were helped to pick our style and colour. I was swollen and bruised but had a lot of work done (teeth out, sinus lifts, bone grafting, filling, crowns, implants), so I was expecting to be a lot worse than I was. The driver was very helpful in getting in and out of the van. I've got bad hips. He was always on time and a careful driver. We go back in November for the rest of our treatment. My first visit here was very professional. The clinic is spotlessly clean and very modern. I was a very nervous patient but I was soon put at ease. I was explained everything they were going to do. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my beautiful new smile and the confidence I have gained thank you so so much.
