Okay, I keep this short. Everything went well with airport pick-up to the hotel. The next day I had my consultation and X-ray to see what treatment was needed. Dr Sabit was amazing with the 5 extractions and implants fitted, I didn’t find it painful at all. Was provided with antibiotics and painkillers and 3 days later aftercare check-up and temporary denture! I like to thank the clinic prime team for their support and professionalism!

Came to Istanbul from the U.K. for a smile transformation and the difference is insane. Special shout out to my brother Umut for being my personal liaison and for being available 24/7 for any questions or concerns before and during the process. Very happy with the finished results, the staff were dope, and the facilities were spot on. 5* from me!

From the moment you are greeted at the reception to the dental technicians, X-rays. 3d scans. Photos before and after shots. There is always someone by your side to guide you from place to place, and they put your nerves at ease. And I can’t wait to go back to get my permanent teeth put in and get back to smiling again.

The reception and treatment were excellent, and I didn't feel much pain. They felt like my own real teeth. I loved it.

JUST PUT YOUR TRUST IN FOCUS. I went to Bodrum on an unexpected trip. I had some dental treatments already booked in the UK for 2 crowns and couple of fillings, unfortunately the appointments kept getting cancelled and I had been waiting so long already. Just before leaving for Bodrum I contacted Focus, they immediately got back to me, booking consultation for day after I arrived. I had an x ray 3 d scan and consultation with Soykan one of the dentists. I had never seen my mouth in so much detail. Soykan is very Professional and friendly as are all of the team at Focus. I was very nervous about having the work done abroad until I went to Focus. My treatment was completed so promptly, they stayed in touch in between appointments. The clinic has state of the art equipment. Extremely clean and welcoming. They fitted my husband in for a couple of treatments while we were there. Compared to some people I only had minimal work done but I was treated with the utmost care attention and patience. I didn't choose to go to Turkey to have my work done because it was cheaper. I was just fed up of the wait time in UK. Of course the cost at Focus was unbelievably cheaper and I do think my treatment was far superior to UK. Do not hesitate to contact them. Visited the clinic on Thursdsay, had the x-ray and the dentist explained the options. We agreed the procedure and I had the 3 crown bridge fixed on the following Wednesday. There was a slight delay on Thursday as the previous patient was late. However tea and biscuits more than made up for it. Also they saw me earlier on Tuesday so I was happy. The procedure went well and I'm pleased with the results. Given the exceptional value for money I wouldn't hesitate to use the clinic again.

From contacting Naz to finishing my treatment, everything was absolutely brilliant and professional. When I was talking with a few clinics, Naz explained every detail and walked me through the process. She never tried to force me, unlike the other clinics. She just kept giving me more information, telling every step, even a video call with my fantastic doctor, Dr Burak Kok. When I went there for my treatment, Naz herself and a driver came to pick me up, and they took me to my hotel, which was very clean and nice. The room was spacious as well. I tried so many delicious food eventhough I was getting a dental treatment. I did a Hollywood Smile with 24 Zirconium crowns. After they shaved my teeth, they made a temporary tooth the same day!!! I was shocked. So while I was waiting for my actual teeth to be made, I was still enjoying my days and food. The service I received was superb. Huge thanks to my family in Turkey! I went to this clinic through recommendation of my friend craig who had his teeth done here. I had zirconium crowns and a bridge. My original teeth were awful and I had not smiled for a long time. My first visit here was very professional. The clinic is spotlessly clean and very modern. I was a very nervous patient but I was soon put at ease. I was explained everything they were going to do. I am from the UK. I did some research on dental practices a few months back. I messaged a few practices, of which Dilay was the first to respond. After a few messages back and forth, explaining the treatment I needed. Dilay was amazing in all aspects of communication. The response was quick and easy to understand. I needed a root canal filling and a crown. After sending a copy of my X-rays, they confirmed the treatment. I was sent prices and time scales for treatment. I made the appointment around my annual leave from work. The level of service that they provide is second to none. Personally, getting picked up and taken back to our hotel by Dilay on my first appointment was just amazing. I had e-rays taken and explained potential other work I could have had done, but at my choice. They started the work on the first appointment, which was amazing.
