From contacting Naz to finishing my treatment, everything was absolutely brilliant and professional. When I was talking with a few clinics, Naz explained every detail and walked me through the process. She never tried to force me, unlike the other clinics. She just kept giving me more information, telling every step, even a video call with my fantastic doctor, Dr Burak Kok. When I went there for my treatment, Naz herself and a driver came to pick me up, and they took me to my hotel, which was very clean and nice. The room was spacious as well. I tried so many delicious food eventhough I was getting a dental treatment. I did a Hollywood Smile with 24 Zirconium crowns. After they shaved my teeth, they made a temporary tooth the same day!!! I was shocked. So while I was waiting for my actual teeth to be made, I was still enjoying my days and food. The service I received was superb. Huge thanks to my family in Turkey! I am from the UK. I did some research on dental practices a few months back. I messaged a few practices, of which Dilay was the first to respond. After a few messages back and forth, explaining the treatment I needed. Dilay was amazing in all aspects of communication. The response was quick and easy to understand. I needed a root canal filling and a crown. After sending a copy of my X-rays, they confirmed the treatment. I was sent prices and time scales for treatment. I made the appointment around my annual leave from work. The level of service that they provide is second to none. Personally, getting picked up and taken back to our hotel by Dilay on my first appointment was just amazing. I had e-rays taken and explained potential other work I could have had done, but at my choice. They started the work on the first appointment, which was amazing. I was picked up the next day for the next stage of my treatment, again returned afterwards and again for my third and final appointment. The clinic was immaculately hygienic and very clinical. I am halfway through my treatment to improve my smile with Dr Sandiraz, and his care and professionalism have been amazing. I have just returned from completing my work at Acardent. I am so pleased with the results. First went over in December, and since day 1, Acardent have been fantastic. They have been in constant touch with me since returning to England in December, and they made me feel at ease with the whole process. Returned just over a week ago to complete, and from soon as i arrived, there was constant communication. Visits to the clinic were seamless; they are very professional and pay special attention to detail. The staff mostly all speak good English, and they want you to ask as many questions as you can about your treatment. Whilst it seemed an age waiting, I am so glad I did. The result was amazing, totally transformed my smile and look. My salesman, Onur, was absolutely fantastic. No sooner had I touched back down in England than he contacted me to ensure I arrived home safe and everything was ok.
