I had my full dental treatment done at Beyazada clinic. The experience and treatment were phenomenal. I have my care coordinator who takes care of all your worries, enquiries, issues and concerns from the very first contact till the end of my treatment. I am from the UK. I did some research on dental practices a few months back. I messaged a few practices, of which Dilay was the first to respond. After a few messages back and forth, explaining the treatment I needed. Dilay was amazing in all aspects of communication. The response was quick and easy to understand. I needed a root canal filling and a crown. After sending a copy of my X-rays, they confirmed the treatment. I was sent prices and time scales for treatment. I made the appointment around my annual leave from work. The level of service that they provide is second to none. Personally, getting picked up and taken back to our hotel by Dilay on my first appointment was just amazing. I had e-rays taken and explained potential other work I could have had done, but at my choice. They started the work on the first appointment, which was amazing. I was picked up the next day for the next stage of my treatment, again returned afterwards and again for my third and final appointment. The clinic was immaculately hygienic and very clinical. The staff were all exceptionally helpful in all aspects. I will 100% recommend this practice and will definitely be returning for further treatment in the future. I am halfway through my treatment to improve my smile with Dr Sandiraz, and his care and professionalism have been amazing. So far, I have had teeth whitening and gum alignment surgery to reduce my gummy smile. I am pleased with the results so far and confident about the rest of what I wanted. I was in Marmaris on holiday and need a filling so I went, I was so impressed with the friendliness of all the staff especially Ruken she fit in myself and my sister in I had my filling done, my husband had a cleaning which he said was the best he had ever had and My sister will be returning to have implants done. Outstanding experience at Yücelen Hospital in Muğla! My wife Julia and I visit Marmaris every year, and this time we decided to go to Yücelen Hospital in Muğla for medical care. I decided to have a full-body health Check, and my wife decided to have a chest reduction surgery. Everything was organised perfectly — all examinations were completed in one day. All doctors were very professional, kind and attentive. Most of them speak or understand English well, so communication was never a problem. We were also helped by Ms. Rüveyda, who translated everything clearly into English and guided us through the whole process, from department to department. Special thanks to Dr. Sabahattin Yaser, who performed my wife’s chest reduction surgery — the result looks amazing and very natural. Also, Dr. Erdem Sarı helped me with my stomach treatment and explained everything in detail. After the surgery, my wife stayed in the hospital for two more days, and the nursing team took excellent care of her — always kind, patient and attentive. Their help made the recovery comfortable and safe. The hospital even arranged transportation from our hotel and back, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. After a thorough examination with an X-ray and 3D scan, my dentist informed me that the tooth was beyond saving and recommended an implant. I first visited the clinic back in 2015 with a tooth ache and the service/care I got on arrival almost took away the pain before Bora the dentist did anything. They fixed the problem with little fuss and on occasions since both my wife and I have had reason to visit and have fillings, extractions and other professional work (implant) done and it is always a nice and professional experience. They are top drawer. Both dentists speak English and I can certainly recommend them.
