My local dentist recommended replacing all 4 lower implants, but the quoted price gave me severe sticker shock—it was literally the cost of a brand-new Electric Vehicle! After reviewing my CT scan, she provided a quote that was a fraction of the U.S. cost, which amazingly included airport pickup and luxury hotel accommodations. Here is how my flawless experience unfolded: Arrival & Lodging: I was picked up at the airport exactly as promised. The clinic booked me into a beautiful, clean boutique hotel with excellent amenities and a stunning seaside view, located just a 10-minute walk from the clinic. The Clinic: The facility looks like a luxury holiday resort right next to the sea with breathtaking views. The equipment and amenities easily rival or surpass any top international clinic. Honest & Expert Care: On day one, they took a new CT scan. Displaying incredible medical integrity, they initially suggested I only replace the single failed implant to save me money. Because I preferred a fresh start, I insisted on replacing all four, which they accommodated. Flawless Surgery: At 5:00 PM, my oral surgeon, Dr. Ezgi Gulum, performed absolute magic. In just one and a half hours, she smoothly removed all four old implants and expertly installed the new ones with zero issues. They used "Neodent" implants, which are widely considered some of the absolute best in the business for All-on-4 procedures. Prosthesis & Teamwork: Right after surgery, they took impressions for my temporary teeth. For the next three days, Dr. Gokam meticulously worked on my temporary prosthesis, finalising it perfectly today. Exceptional Support: Throughout the entire process, I was accompanied by Mine, a dedicated translator. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and kept me informed every single step of the way.I am flying home tonight with a beautifully fitted temporary prosthesis. I will happily return in September for my final permanent teeth once my gums have fully healed. I had a lot of issues with my teeth and needed a lot of work done. I previously used Mevsim Dental Clinic in 2019 for 2 implants on my bottom jaw, which I was very pleased with. So I decided to contact them again. A lovely chap Onur discussed all my options with me over the phone and provided me with a detailed description of work I may need. I consequently decided to book my tickets for their Istanbul clinic from London on the 2nd of October 2022. My hotel stay was booked by them, and all my transfers were taken care of. The following day, I was picked up by Yagmur, a delightful young girl with a lovely big smile. She accompanied me and my Mrs to the clinic and introduced us to all the team of technicians at the clinic. It was discussed and decided I will get all my upper jaw teeth extracted, get sinus lift surgery on both sides and get 6 implants. All was done very professionally by the surgeon, along with other work needed on the following days. All the surgeons and the dental team were absolutely brilliant. I am very pleased with the work I got done and the service I received from the whole team. A big thanks to everyone at Mevsim, Including Onur and Yagmur. I look forward to seeing all of them again in 6 months time for my Zirconia crowns.

After looking into implant surgery in Mexico, Costa Rica and Turkey, I narrowed it down to Perla located in Antalya. I spoke to dozens of Coordinators from all over the world and I can honestly say that my choice was due to the prompt, efficient and informative service I received even before arriving in Turkey. My Coordinator was incredibly accommodating, always got back to me, and built a rapport with me where I felt I could put all of my trust into Perla for my treatment. As a US citizen and nurse, I was skeptical, at first, to go to another country for my dental work, but am so grateful I did. Everything from the drivers who provided the transportation from the airport and to and from the clinic, the in-person consultation, the treatment plan and the communication were second to none and my Coordinator was there through it all. I had a total dental makeover which included 14 extractions and 12 implants just a month ago and will be returning for my permanent teeth, a total of 24 zirconium crowns, in just a few months. My surgery took about 5 hours and they do offer sedation or general anesthesia. I opted for sedation as I have severe dental phobia. They called in a nurse anesthetist for the following day after my initial in-person consultation who made me feel completely as ease and I remember nothing about the surgery. The cost was about $10,500, significantly less than the $80,000 I was quoted here in the US. The cost also included hotel accommodations for both trips and all transportation. Additionally, Perla only required partial payment upon my first appointment, in person, and the remainder upon completion when I return. Whereas, most clinics wanted payment before I even boarded the plane. My Coordinator made all of the arrangements for airport pick up and hotel accommodations for my aunt and I who was coming with me for support and was available at all times throughout my stay. They allowed my aunt to be in the room with me until I was asleep and then invited her to their incredible staff lunch while my surgery was being performed...just simply amazing. The surgeon chose to give me fixed temporary teeth while in the healing stage for the next few months. The picture shows my temporaries fixed to 4 of the 7 top implants and 2 of the bottom 5 implants. The spaces shown in the after picture will have teeth once I return for the permanent. I give Perla a 5 out 5 for giving me a smile I am so incredibly proud to have with even just my temporary teeth and recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, safe and exceptional dental care.

On the advice of friends, I decided to go to the Ortho Dent clinic in Antalya. At the very first appointment with the doctor (all the staff speaks English, which is very important), I realized that I was in a solid clinic (the atmosphere, the interior, the level of the consultation clearly showed the seriousness of this clinic). I have a lot of experience with such doctors and I understand that you will have to pay for all this (listed above). After carrying out all the diagnostics (it took no more than an hour), I was billed for the elimination of my problems in my mouth, and there were quite a few of them (there are filling, brushing teeth, problems with the bone in need of planting of collagen and implantation - in general, a complete bouquet). But, I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing - they were very affordable compared to other clinics. Within one week they did a huge amount of work for me and put me on hold for 3 months. Arriving back at the appointed time already within a week, all work on the installation of implants was completed. The next morning there was no even sensation of foreign bodies in the mouth (I am very sensitive to such changes). I was very impressed by the filigree work of the doctor on the final adjustment of a balanced bite. Frankly speaking, I am very pleased with the price-quality balance. Attitude, as to a person who has been known for 100 years. The atmosphere is pleasant, the doctors know their work and love it, and this does not go unnoticed. The staff is very polite. I do recommend this clinic.

I always believed that beautiful teeth were prohibitively expensive and honestly didn't dare dream about having them. Looking back, I wish I had access to this information 10 years ago - I would have taken action much sooner. The text will be long because many people want to hear all the details 🙂 so I'll start with the facts to not torture those who don't like many letters 🙂 FACTS: My husband Vitalis and I travelled to Turkey to fix our teeth. WHAT WAS DONE? Indre: · removed two unfixable/broken teeth (more precisely, their remains) · inserted 4 implants · fixed 10 root canals · put on 25 zirconium crowns (the plan was 24, but at the last moment I wanted one more) Vitalis: · removed 8 teeth · sinus filling/sinus lifting · inserted 10 implants · After the first visit, Vitalis got temporary dentures to "go out in public" since he was toothless. · During the second visit, he received porcelain dentures, which are recommended for patients without natural teeth. These consist of a steel framework with porcelain teeth mounted on top. PRICE: INDRE COST 5250 DOLLARS VITALIS - 8000 DOLLARS. After researching several clinics in Bodrum, I settled for Dent Medica, and I'm glad that I did. Dr Kubra is an excellent and experienced dentist, and the clinic is very clean and has all the latest equipment. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, her friendly translator from England. Sarah answered all my (many!) questions and was quick to respond to my messages, sometimes out of hours. I had dreadful teeth; many were missing, and the rest were stained or needed fillings. After the team gave me some options, I decided to have all my remaining teeth extracted and a full set of All-on-4 crowns implanted. I am delighted with the result. I now have a full set of zirconium teeth anchored to my jaw with titanium implants. The cost was fixed at the beginning, there were no hidden extras, it was one-third of the price that I was quoted for the same treatment by dentists in Australia. I'm now happy and confident to give people a full smile!
