Hello from Germany. My name is Elena Häuser. I would like to share my impressions, feelings, experiences, and the results of my treatment at the Prime Clinic with you. I spent a long time researching clinics in Istanbul, reading reviews, and communicating with consultants from diff. clinics. In January 2025, I even flew to Istanbul for two days to personally visit six clinics and have face-to-face consultations. Why did I choose Prime Clinic? First, because of individual approach to patients. Second, because they use the latest technologies and modern materials (implants, crowns, etc.). And third, because they offer affordable prices. I had a full set of crowns done and I'm very happy with the outcome. I had a warm welcome by oguz and he was very helpful throughout the process. My Dentist İlayda Karaca was great from start to finish. I wanted to make some small adjustments and she was happy to accommodate them. You can see she has a true passion for her career and the patients. I would 100% recommend

Overall, it went well. My teeth are still healing, but I would imagine that it might take some time before I'm back to 100%. The procedure was quick and painless. The representative was very attentive and took care of scheduling and transportation in a very professional way. Overall, your staff were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Here are a few suggestions you should consider to improve if you want to be a 5 star provider: 1. Please ask for any preexisting conditions that may make the operation risky before getting the patients to come for the operation. Asking these questions when the patient has traveled thousands of miles is very late. 2. Give the patients typed instructions about post op medication and care. Giving oral instructions is not good. 3. Please give detailed invoices with what procedure was done and on which teeth because some patients need to claim them for insurance. Simply writing "implant" is not enough. 4. For dental implants, follow up with dental post op emails, not hair transplant emails. 5. Please select nicer hotels. The hotel I was put in was at best a 2 star hotel, not a 5 star. The rooms reeked of cigarette smell. I would have gladly paid extra to be in a better hotel if that option was available. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive suggestions and not criticism.

TL;DR: Highly recommended. Professional, conscientious, efficient, friendly, super organised, great attention to detail and personalised service/treatment. After a number of years of pain and poor service from UK dentists, not having an NHS dentist (who does?) and needing multiple treatments (potentially 10’s of thousands of £’s), I felt backed into a corner. I started looking for alternatives and came across foreign (to me) dental treatment. Türkiye looked like a good option and I researched a number of clinics. Long story short, I narrowed to three and sent them all a message. Focus Dental replied quickly and with a reply that showed they had taken the time to read my requirements. They suggested a treatment and cost to match. Good start. The excellent communication continued, helping me book my appointment with them (at a convenient time and date), finding a hotel and arranging airport transfers and local taxis to the clinic. Naturally, I had some concerns. I hadn’t been to Türkiye before let alone had any medical treatment outside of the UK. I won’t go into them here as yours will likely be the same, but once at the clinic, I realised that these fears and concerns had no foundation. The team speak excellent English (and a number of other language's) and upon arrival, after a warm welcome, was guided through the process and my available options. First stage was a full mouth x-ray and consultation with a dental specialist. I was expecting needing implants and crowns, but after inspecting my teeth, jaw and discussing what I wanted from the treatment, I was advised that crowns would be the better option. The dentists here really wanted to deliver what I required, but with consideration for what was best for my future dental health. Also, the treatment they suggested was less expensive than originally quoted - giving me a lot of confidence in their professionalism and ethical principles (rather than just wanting to make a quick buck). My treatment plan was documented and presented to me for review and agreement. I felt like I was given many points to discuss my treatment and make changes if I needed to. I didn’t, so I agreed, paid the fee and we got straight into the treatment. I won’t go into the full detail of my treatment as yours will be different and it’s not relevant, but I would like to make the following points; I had 22 crowns fitted and a number of root canal treatments (yes really!), this was an experience. Not a bad one, it’s just a lot of work in a short time. I was made to feel comfortable and there were plenty of breaks. The specialist worked very hard, but with professional dexterity and with care for my welfare. There were a few problems along the way (my mouth, not their fault), but they handled them with ease and made sure the end result was as discussed and expected. This professional and conscientious work ethic extended to the point where they had fit most of my new crowns, but they weren’t happy with the position of some of them (I’m not sure I would have noticed), so rather than just sending me on my way to deal with the problem later, they had new crowns created (at their expense) to better fit my particular mouth geography. At one point the specialist said “I’m sorry, I know it seems like we are obsessing over minor details, but in the long term they won’t be”. I felt very re-assured that I was getting the best attention and service I could get. I can’t thank the whole team at Focus Dental Clinic enough for their excellent service and amazing results. I’m very pleased with how everything went and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. Nothing to do with the clinic, but these things helped me personally (relevant if you’re having a lot of work). Always have a good breakfast - it could be a long day and/or you may not be able to eat lunch (It’s hard to eat when you can’t feel your lips - I tried, not pretty!). Get in plenty of soft foods (you can eat in private). Make sure you have a good supply of ibuprofen. ;-) P.S. You may see this review in a number of different places, I’m not a bot! I visited Dis 212 from the U.K. I needed a crown and a replacement for a filling. The service at the clinic was really good and the process of the treatment was quick and easy. Gunay was very helpful every step of the way, in case I had any questions or concerns. The treatment was very affordable, and the quality exceptional. I’m happy with the results both look natural and blend with my teeth well. I will definitely return to Dis 212 if I will ever need further dental work in the future. This was my first visit. I was accepted as an emergency patient and 'seen' within 3 days. After initial inspection and discussion, the dentist invited me to attend later that day. Meanwhile, she had telephone contact with my hospital where I had recently had heart surgery. It was decided to refer me to the hospital for teeth removal because of the recent surgery. The whole experience was good. The dentist and staff were very professional. The surgery was clean and modern. I was reassured.

There were very few clinics that I could trust, I chose Okandent because it was a university hospital. I had a Hollywood smile. I am very pleased. You can go with confidence.

After looking into implant surgery in Mexico, Costa Rica and Turkey, I narrowed it down to Perla located in Antalya. I spoke to dozens of Coordinators from all over the world and I can honestly say that my choice was due to the prompt, efficient and informative service I received even before arriving in Turkey. My Coordinator was incredibly accommodating, always got back to me, and built a rapport with me where I felt I could put all of my trust into Perla for my treatment. As a US citizen and nurse, I was skeptical, at first, to go to another country for my dental work, but am so grateful I did. Everything from the drivers who provided the transportation from the airport and to and from the clinic, the in-person consultation, the treatment plan and the communication were second to none and my Coordinator was there through it all. I had a total dental makeover which included 14 extractions and 12 implants just a month ago and will be returning for my permanent teeth, a total of 24 zirconium crowns, in just a few months. My surgery took about 5 hours and they do offer sedation or general anesthesia. I opted for sedation as I have severe dental phobia. They called in a nurse anesthetist for the following day after my initial in-person consultation who made me feel completely as ease and I remember nothing about the surgery. The cost was about $10,500, significantly less than the $80,000 I was quoted here in the US. The cost also included hotel accommodations for both trips and all transportation. Additionally, Perla only required partial payment upon my first appointment, in person, and the remainder upon completion when I return. Whereas, most clinics wanted payment before I even boarded the plane. My Coordinator made all of the arrangements for airport pick up and hotel accommodations for my aunt and I who was coming with me for support and was available at all times throughout my stay. They allowed my aunt to be in the room with me until I was asleep and then invited her to their incredible staff lunch while my surgery was being performed...just simply amazing. The surgeon chose to give me fixed temporary teeth while in the healing stage for the next few months. The picture shows my temporaries fixed to 4 of the 7 top implants and 2 of the bottom 5 implants. The spaces shown in the after picture will have teeth once I return for the permanent. I give Perla a 5 out 5 for giving me a smile I am so incredibly proud to have with even just my temporary teeth and recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, safe and exceptional dental care.

I was lucky enough to find this amazing clinic in Lara when there are so many to choose from in Antalya. When I went for my first appointment. I found you had to put on shoe covers before you entered the clinic. The clinic was cleaned to a very high standard and it's a lovely modern clinic. My Dr Nazife was very professional and meticulous in her job . She listened and I got what I asked for a beautiful smile. I had 24 crowns and 2 extractions. She has a great team at the clinic. They were all friendly and helpful. I did have sedation for the first part of the treatment and really glad I did . I had complete trust and faith in Dr. Nazife. I recommend her and the clinic because I feel happy confident and beautiful with my smile.

In my forties, I experienced several painful dental abscess infections that resulted in some unsuccessful root canal treatments and three extractions. Additionally, I had broken and chipped teeth, which led to the ability to eat only on the right side of my mouth. I was anxious about the crown on my right side failing in the future. I concluded that I needed intensive dental intervention to avoid further decline and considered three options: Treatment in the UK Treatment in Budapest, where my aunt had received treatment in 2013 Treatment at Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic, where my brother-in-law received treatment in 2023 UK prices were prohibitively expensive, and the scope of treatment available on the NHS was limited. So, I began consultations with Budapest and Özgür Yıldırım. Dental images were sent to both clinics, and both estimated that I needed 2 dental implants and 26 crowns, with the final diagnosis to be confirmed by X-ray. Due to the excellent communication and the outstanding work my brother-in-law had received in Turkey, I opted for the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic. Cost, although not the main factor, was also more competitive in Turkey. It's worth noting that the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic does not include accommodation or flights, which, in my view, makes their pricing structure more transparent. Before my visit, I had some trepidation due to the mixed reviews I had read in the British media about Turkish dental treatment. However, my concerns were soon allayed on my first visit to the clinic. The state-of-the-art surgery and the professionalism of the team and Dr Özgür Yıldırım assured me that I was in safe hands. My initial X-ray showed that I didn't need any further work, and treatment started. My four-stage treatment was as follows: - Preparation for 26 Zirconium Crowns - Surgery for two Straumann BLX dental implants* - Temporary caps for crowns - Permanent installation of crowns *A return visit needs to be scheduled to fit the implant to the two crowns three months or more after the initial treatment. During my week of treatment, I only experienced discomfort and no pain. The professionalism and expertise of Dr. Özgür Yıldırım far exceeded any dental treatment I have received in the UK, and communication from his customer services professional, Tulay, was first-class. As an added bonus, I was able to swim in the sea for six out of seven days and enjoy the Turkish sun. The final results are incredible. I now have natural-looking healthy teeth and can eat with confidence on both sides of my mouth. From start to finish, my experience with the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic has been outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't receive treatment from them 10 years ago.

I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and all its people. Their knowledge, skill, attention to detail and communication are all first-rate. I began my research into implants in Antalya with a sort of form email enquiry to several clinics. Orthodent's reply impressed me the most, particularly with regard to my reference to a medical condition. They were clearly prepared to talk themselves out of a job by advising against any surgery if I could not meet certain conditions. After getting current information from my doctor here in UK they (and I) were happy to proceed. So I flew out to Antalya to meet them. I was immediately impressed by the spotless, modern premises and courteous and helpful staff. Then I spent more than an hour with both Doctors Cakin, who arranged for Panoramic X-rays and discussed the findings and their advice in clear terms, without the slightest hint of a 'hard sell'. They advised a full All on 6 for the lower jaw, but thought that this would be too risky for the very thin bones in parts of of my upper jaw, and advised me to go for All on 4 there. They began work immediately on the upper jaw, followed 2 days later by the lower. At various stages I thought I could detect a lot of extra time being spent to make sure the tiniest details of the work were being done absolutely precisely. Obviously, a procedure like this isn't 100% pain-free, but it's fair to say that it was very nearly so, with the help of some very effective painkillers. (For anyone having such extensive work, I can heartily recommend a diet of scrambled eggs for breakfast and lentil soup for lunch and dinner.) Once the implants were in my jaws, work began to manufacture and install the temporary crowns. Again, the work was painstakingly precise, and now, 2 weeks later, entirely satisfactory. I was called back for a review after a few days, and again just before I left Antalya, with both doctors present, when they were clearly prepared to spend all the time that was necessary to ensure the work was progressing well (it was), the pain was manageable (I cut the painkillers down to 1 a day by about Day 5, and stopped them altogether by Day 8) and that I understood everything I needed to know about probable progress and oral hygiene and so on (let's hope so). I am due back for the final crowns in perhaps 4 months, though if things continue to go so well I may defer my return to a rather cooler season of the year. I will not have the slightest hesitation about returning to Orthodent. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this, as I already have to the surprising number of relatives and friends and slight acquaintances who have enquired about my experience. When I first thought about getting my teeth fixed I was very nervous I didn't have a good start as my flight was delayed and then they lost my luggage But the clinic was wonderful they helped me recover my luggage they went above and beyond to get it sorted Now I sat there for the first consultation and I was panicking you see I had no teeth to start I had been without any for years (I forgot what it was like to have teeth) but I thought there wasn’t much that could be done for me How wrong I was the first day I had exrays and in the afternoon I was in the chair a few painless hours later I had my bottom implants in I was a wimp and had to go back the next day for my top ones but again that was long and painless my first treatment was done I decided to go home without any temporary ones as there was a bit of healing to do A few months later I returned (July ) and again I was collected from and taken to my hotel (which was very nice ) the next day it started again in a couple of days I had temporary teeth and to say how happy I was unbelievable I had them for a few days until I got my permanent ones and my smile was back I had to learn to eat with them as I had none before but I am still smiling and showing them off to everyone and Anyone All the staff at the clinic was amazing and I can't thank them enough If you are thinking about having work done do your research then give YALIN a call it will be the best call you make. I will be going back next year just for a check-up
