All-on-6 Dental Implants Turkey

I visited Novusklinik because I had a broken tooth, which I thought could never be fixed. I came to Novusklinik, and Erdem, my dentist, did an amazing job, and now I can finally smile with full confidence.

Visited Clinic Prime for two visits this year to have an all on 6 implant procedure and a set of zirconium crowns fitted. In total I had 10 implants fitted and 20 zirconium crowns. Being from the UK, the cost was probably about 80% less than what I would have paid on the NHS. The price also included all accomodation and airport transfer costs. It really is fantastic value. The big question though, is how does the standard of work compare? Simply put, it is as good if not better than what I would have received on the NHS. The standard of work was fantastic and I am delighted with the results. I was looked after by the coordinator Onur and by the dental doctor Ersin Arican. From the initial telephone consultation over WhatsApp, there was no pushy sales pitch and everything was explained fully with clear and transparent costs along with a guarantee of no hidden extras which was honoured. No matter what I needed to know and if any unexpected treatments cropped up, everything was fully explained and the original price honoured. It really was a fantastic and simple experience. The actual procedure itself was completed with obvious care and a clear intention to get things right and the way I wanted. Nothing was too much to ask, and very importantly, I was included in every decision throughout the entire process. The after care I was given was excellent and I was really made to feel like a valued patient. I would say the after care was better than anything I have received from a UK dentist, who are not always available. Not matter the time of day or night, I could contact the coordinator who would sort whatever I needed at the clinic. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean and welcoming. All equipment is modern and it is clear that this clinic isn't simply rushing everything through to make money quickly. There is a high level of patient care and everything is completed with compassion and precision. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and are clearly very professional in what they do. Although the clinic is in Turkey, language is not really an issue. The coordinator, who speaks perfect English, sat with me the whole time and anything the doctor had trouble finding the right words to explain was easily interpreted. That's not to say the doctor doesn't speak English, he did, but sometimes certain things just needs a small interpretation. So if communication is a concern, it really doesn't need to be, there is no issues with language. I really cannot reccomend Clinc Prime highly enough. I admit, I had reservations about travelling to Turkey for treatment, but I am so glad I did it. Everything was so easy and despite being about 80% cheaper than the NHS the standard is simply world class.

I Finally Finished my procedure and I have nothing bad to say from the time I arrived at the airport on my first visit to the time I left on my second visit it was an easy experience all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Mevsim Dental did an exceptional job taking care of my oral needs and even their attentiveness extended beyond. They were awesome, I can’t wait to go back. My experience at Perla took place between October 2023 and April 2024. The short story - I walked in with 1000 problems and walked out with a full set of teeth and a smile I no longer needed to be ashamed of. One of the best decisions I have ever made. If you are having doubts about Perla - don't. I honestly could not be happier. For the details read the long version. I waited a month from completition before writing and posting. We chose Perla Dental Centre after a long process of checking reviews and seeking advice. My wife went first and will write her own review but I was a far more serious case. All my life I have suffered with dental health and structural problems around my gums, teeth and jaw. Back in the 1970s I was in the hands of prehistoric dentistry - and they got almost everything wrong. It gave me a fear of dentists and with an additional low pain threshold, I am a difficult patient for dentists to deal with. Over the years my teeth fell apart. At one stage I went 15+ years without seeing a dentist. By the time I reached my 40s I had two partials - top and bottom - and when I hit my 50s the teeth the partials were resting on had begun to collapse. I would go to dentists in the UK and they would tell me I would soon need dentures. They didn't even bother offering me implants because the process was so expensive. I wanted to know because I did not want cheap dentures and having received 3 quotes I knew it was approximately £30,000. No way could I afford that. This led me to looking at Turkey as my way to a healthy mouth. So glad I did. The total journey from my first appointment to the final check up took six months and one day. The key surgery (extractions, 13 implants, sinus lift and bone graft) took place on a single day. It was performed by Onur Ademhan. Prior to surgery he warned me that because of loss of bone, and other structural problems he may need to fix me over two surgeries - but in the end his skillful hands managed to avoid that and he got it done in one. The extraction process and implant placement took place in a day. It wasn't pleasant - I had about 14 extractions and 13 implants - so I am not going to pretend it was comfortable. But it was handled with care, professionalism and a lot of after care. There were no problems. It is important to mention the 'after care'. From start to finish I felt like I was being looked after like family. You are put in the hands of what I suppose is a personal case manager. Mine was Thomas. He was incredible. He arranges everything about your care - from the airport pick up to the airport drop off. Appointments/ taxi to the clinic from the hotel / making sure you have the medication you need/ answering any questions. five star service all the way. Perla did offer me temporary teeth for the six month interval, but again, because of my own issues with dentists and gagging when foreign objects are placed in my mouth I chose to be without. The six month interval was not as bad as feared. After the first two weeks as the wounds healed, I was eating pretty well. I gained rather than lost weight (which is quite funny). You cannot eat foods that need proper chewing - but as I got used to the situation - I was pretty comfortable eating a range of foods. In addition - for the first time in decades, I had no infections, no pain, and no disease. My mouth was not just healing - and it may have been toothless, but it was healthy again. Six months almost to the day, I returned. They took a panoramic X-ray - and let me know the implants had all taken well. Upon my return I needed more prep work. They need to place healing caps on top of the implants. Then the measurement and testing begins. All of this was carried out by Dr Tahsin Dayaniclier. Again - the professionalism was first class. I went in several times as they prepared the final teeth for me. There was always advice and consultation throughout the process. The colour of the teeth, the shape, the size - all the time I was given advice from professionals. Never did I feel coerced or directed. They wanted to listen - but they also wanted to share their expertise. These guys wanted perfection. There was one unexpected visit - because they decided my gums needed cutting back. So I was handed to a gum / laser technician for additional work. It took an hour - and the injections meant I could not feel a thing. This was done because they are constantly trying to get the best result they can. And they don't cut corners. They even apologised to me in advance because they felt they may not be able to give me the perfect 100% straight jawline and smile. They knew my Jaw and bite was badly messed up - and they said they would do their best to make it look as good as they could. It was so unneccessary - they were clearly working to the highest professional standard and cannot be faulted. The result looks pefect to any normal person in the street. It just shows the high standards they set for themselves that it wasn't perfect enough for them. That second visit to Turkey lasted a week and a bit. I extended my stay for a few days (my choice) to give my mouth additional time between visits to heal. I think there were five visits to the clinic in total - including the final 'all okay' check up before I went home. Half way through that week they gave me temporary trial teeth to use. This was the first time in 6 months I had been able to chew. I could feel from what they had given me the fitting was right. Then finally there was a trial fitting. The look was great. And the following day I turned up to have them placed permanetly. The top was all one section, the bottom was split into two. I had teeth again. A couple of days later I flew home. It took a little while to get used to my new mouth (new mouth - new rules). But having had the teeth now for a month, I can honestly say I could not be happier. I have NEVER had a smile like this. And it is DECADES since I have been able to eat without pain, discomfort or food getting stuck in holes. I have never experienced such a clean full bite before. Sure the sensation is different because I no longer have any natural teeth to feel with - but even so, the deal is worth it. They also say you lose some strength in your bite - but I think that is deceiving. It is decades since I had a proper, strong bite - so the teeth I have now are far stronger and the bite more powerful than anything I have had for ages. It isn't just about the way it looks. I can eat anything with no discomfort. My mouth is healthy. It is a pleasure to eat again. All thanks to Perla. Thoroughly recommended without hesistation. And a special thank you to Thomas - I know I must have been tough - but he never faltered.... David

I highly recommend Dr. Volkan Karabey and his clinic. I did my research online and his clinic caught my attention, because the reviews. I needed to do all on 4 procedure on my lower and upper jaws. I was terrified, but after couple of conversations with the doctor personally, which was very encouraging and few texts we exchanged (Dr. Volkan answered all my questions immediately, was very supportive, informative and knowledgeable) my fear calmed down. The procedure itself went perfectly smooth and painless. Doctor was very attentive, supportive, professional and confident. I had minimum pain and swelling after procedure. Absolutely love my new smile. When I started my enquiries back in the UK this clinic stood out from the rest, they weren’t pushy for a commitment, they were as thorough as possible with the quote from pictures, always available with my queries and most of all calmed my anxieties. From the minute I landed in Turkey the service I received was excellent, all transfers, beautiful hotel, regular contact, amazingly hygienic clinic with friendly staff with amazing skills who gave me my confidence back to smile. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for dental work I fully recommend it here, very reasonably priced for the quality, and there are cheaper clinics however I don’t believe the service and quality could match Umut. I’ve now had my beautiful smile since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t have the work done years ago

Tulay, who organises appointments is very efficient and will answer any questions clearly. The clinic is very clean and the staff is very pleasant. As for the dental treatment, it is done to a high standard and I have full confidence in Oscar's professionalism. Impressed and would certainly recommend. I had a single implant and found the price remarkably good value.

The very best clinic in Istanbul as far as I am concerned. And I did a lot of research on the subject. Other clinics gave incomplete information and tried to let me pay double or more. In this club, you are in safe hands. Tried to avoid the dental tourist traps. I went for 2 implants. Proper information, good quality of used materials. And very kind people are working here.

I had badly needed an implant for several years and then, every time I flossed my teeth, pieces of my molars started to break off. The final straw was when one of the four crowns in the front of my mouth finally broke. It had lasted 40 years so had done a good job but this made me decide that I really needed to sort out my teeth. Unable to afford the treatment needed in the UK, a colleague of my partner's highly recommended SDC so, with some trepidation, I chose to have my treatment in Turkey. I need not have worried! From my first contact with Merve, I was extremely impressed by her professional, speedy responses to my questions and excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of my questions were carefully answered and each detail of my treatment plan explained. Clients are met at the airport and collected for appointments from their hotels for each treatment needed by their friendly driver. The clinic is immaculate with all of the very latest technology. All of the staff are expert at putting you at ease when you are feeling nervous. Nazife, my dentist, always explained clearly what she was going to work on during each appointment and gave me an idea of how long this would take. Pain-killing injections were very effective and I was able to listen to a couple of audiobooks on my headphones to while away the time! Nazife's attention to detail was fantastic and she works incredibly patiently and carefully. I am overjoyed with the end results and very grateful for everyone's hard work and considerate care.

I had my first visit to Over the Moon Smile on the 25th of June 2025 to begin my dental treatment and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. After spending nearly 2 years researching and checking out different places, I’m so glad I chose this clinic...it’s been absolutely spot on from start to finish. The surgery is top-notch and the whole team made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. A big shoutout to Seda at reception , super friendly and welcoming, and also to my patient coordinator Mr Onur who was brilliant, explained everything clearly and really took his time with me, which I appreciated a lot. Following my research and visiting dental clinics in England about dental implants I realised that the cost to replace my teeth was not an option I could afford in England. I had heard that Turkey was a leader in this field albeit there was a lot of poor quality dental services that were highlighted in the British press. Fortunately, I happened to meet a gentleman who was currently undergoing treatment at the Yalin clinic and following several conversations with him I decided to investigate the reviews of the clinic on social media and eventually contacted the Yalin team personally to discuss my options. Following discussions I sent photographs of my current teeth and agreed that due to gum reduction, I would replace the full palette top and bottom teeth. I made arrangements to visit for 5 days in March 2024 to discuss all options for my dental review and agreed to go ahead with the full replacement of my teeth. The clinic is a very modern building and is located in an area close to the hotel and beach. The clinic is very clean and the staff are really friendly and always looking to make you feel comfortable they mostly speak English but even though I have hearing difficulties they always try to reassure me of what is happening at each stage of the procedure. The procedure of removing my teeth was painless and the fixing of the implants was also painful the only part of the procedure that gave me discomfort was having the jaws clamped to allow dental procedures but fortunately I had no pain. I was taken back to the hotel to recover and follow advice from the dentist to keep using ice packs and tablets to cool areas around my face to reduce swelling. I returned to the clinic to have temporary teeth/palettes to be fitted before my return to England. I was advised to make arrangements to return to Yalin 12 weeks after initial treatment. I returned in June 2024 for the titanium palette to be fitted to the implants this was slightly painful as I didn’t have any painkillers as they align your jawline to meet correctly in order to bite correctly. The new teeth have to be adapted to your gums as the swelling is no longer an issue and you want them to sit as perfectly as possible. Again you need at least 9 days to have the new teeth fitted before sending to labs or final preparations but this is just ensuring that you get the best possible results from your new teeth. The Yalin dental team make your time in the clinic as comfortable as you can and also wife/partner visits during your appointment, also all the implants are checked through the x-ray/computer equipment to ensure they are successfully aligned/fixed to allow the perfect alignment for the palatte. The reason why I wanted my teeth replaced was that my daughter was getting married in August 2024 and I wanted to be able to smile in the photos thanks to the Yalin team I achieved my dream for my daughter's wedding. It is now January and I have completed 6 months of using my gum shield during bedtime to protect my new teeth now I can just relax and enjoy the experience that I had at Yalin in Turkey many thanks to the whole team Steve.
