I am from the UK. I did some research on dental practices a few months back. I messaged a few practices, of which Dilay was the first to respond. After a few messages back and forth, explaining the treatment I needed. Dilay was amazing in all aspects of communication. The response was quick and easy to understand. I needed a root canal filling and a crown. After sending a copy of my X-rays, they confirmed the treatment. I was sent prices and time scales for treatment. I made the appointment around my annual leave from work. The level of service that they provide is second to none. Personally, getting picked up and taken back to our hotel by Dilay on my first appointment was just amazing. I had e-rays taken and explained potential other work I could have had done, but at my choice. They started the work on the first appointment, which was amazing. I was picked up the next day for the next stage of my treatment, again returned afterwards and again for my third and final appointment. The clinic was immaculately hygienic and very clinical.
