His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. Wow, this was such a great experience. I never thought I’d say that about getting a molar extracted. I was travelling from Los Angeles to Rome to visit my son attending university. I asked my son to find me someone with great reviews and who could see the next day, I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Maltese saw me right on time the next day and assessed the situation. He agreed to perform the procedure that same day and he would move things around in his schedule to accommodate me. I came back later that afternoon for the procedure. Dr. Maltese was 100% professional and an incredibly nice man. He was very patient and explained what he was going to do in detail. What I liked is that during the procedure calmly checked in with me, giving updates about what’s been done, and what’s coming next. He wasn’t rushed but worked quickly to minimize the time I’d be uncomfortable. He was also as gentle as could be. He was extremely thorough. I almost want to go back to Rome twice a year for cleanings! Also, his staff was amazing and his office was impeccably clean. Thank you so much, Dr. Maltese!

After a thorough examination with an X-ray and 3D scan, my dentist informed me that the tooth was beyond saving and recommended an implant. After lots of research beforehand from my home in Kent UK, I had 5 implants done in May 2024 and 27 crowns fitted In late September. Now in December, everything has settled down and feels really natural in my mouth. I'm absolutely delighted with the result. No more than minor discomfort during the whole procedure. Exceptionally clean and professional service from start to finish. The taxi driver and hotel they arranged for me were both excellent, and I enjoyed the sunshine and tan obtained on my two trips.
