Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

I'm very pleased. Dr. Esbry answered all the questions I had, he also answered the questions I did not know I had. I had a full facelift. He also removed a lot of skin over my eyes and bags under my eyes. He is professional, friendly, and he answers questions quickly. I am very happy with my face. The healing process is not done yet, with that, Dr. Esbry has reassured me that everything is going well and that in time it will heal. It was a good value. He gave me back one face and open eyes that I can smile at the world again. I will choose Dr. Esbry again if I want to have more operations.

To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. 5 weeks post-op -breast augmentation from A to C. I cannot recommend Dr Matthew James highly enough. It took me almost 20 to finally go through with the operation, as I was always too scared to commit to the surgery in case something went wrong. After my initial consultation with Dr James, I knew straight away that I'm in safe hands. He made me feel very comfortable, very honest, thorough in explaining the pros and cons, answered all my questions and made the whole process feel really easy (which it was to be honest). Didn't feel any pressure at all to commit to the surgery which was a big bonus for me. He gave me an option of sizes, and his recommendations and I'm very happy that I have listened to him rather than going too big (5 weeks later and I don't really feel that I had the surgery or that I have implants in (they feel so in sync with my body). My breasts look very natural, and I couldn't be happier. The surgery itself went really well, staff at the Cadogan Clinic were really nice and carrying. Straight after the operation I felt fine, almost no pain, no bruising at all Incisions were really small and neat, few months and I probably won't even remember that they are there. Communication has been very easy and Tracey, his PA is also super nice and brilliant at answering any questions. Pricing was very clear from the beginning, with no hidden costs. Dr James was recommended to me by my friend, and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone who is looking for a natural results!
