I am currently one week post-breast reduction surgery at Wood Medispa, and I can honestly say the entire experience has exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease and incredibly well looked after.

My surgeon, James, was exceptional – professional, compassionate, and truly skilled at what he does. I felt confident and reassured in his care from the very beginning. The support team, including Zoe, Holly, and Julie, were equally outstanding. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made me feel so safe and supported throughout my stay.

The food was, quite simply, out of this world – far beyond anything I anticipated, and a real highlight during recovery.

Even though I’m still early in the healing process, I am already absolutely thrilled with the results. The change has already made me incredibly emotional and deeply thankful — after all these years, I’ve finally done it. It’s hard to put into words what that means to me.

It was such a positive and uplifting experience that I genuinely wish I could do it all over again.

My first experience of the treatment I received. Wood MediSpa, South Tawton, Devon is set in beautiful grounds and a magnificent building. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel at ease. Reception staff and the nurse involved were both very friendly and welcoming. Dr Toby Nelson carried out cryotherapy. He explained in detail what would happen and checked that I understood and was happy for him to proceed. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout my visit and certainly felt it was good value. I would recommend Wood MediSpa and Dr Nelson to people.
