I cannot recommend MACS Cosmetic Clinic highly enough. From my very first consultation to my final follow-up appointment, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

Having both a blepharoplasty and eyebrow lift was a big decision for me, and I was naturally nervous. However, the professionalism, kindness, and expertise of Mr Vadodaria and the whole team immediately put me at ease.
They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer every question, and made me feel confident and cared for throughout the procedure and the recovery.

The results have been truly life-changing. My eyes look brighter, more youthful, and refreshed, while the brow lift has given me a naturally lifted appearance without looking overdone. The outcome is exactly what I had hoped for—subtle, elegant, and in harmony with my facial features.

What impressed me most was the genuine care and attention I received before, during, and after surgery. Every member of staff was warm, supportive, and dedicated to ensuring I was comfortable. The aftercare was exceptional, and I always felt that my wellbeing was their top priority.

It’s been only a month but I’ve made an amazing recovery and I observe that the scars are healing and getting smoother by the day…I use to dread that tired, sad and angry look in the mirror first thing in the morning.

I couldn't have asked for a more competent and professional surgeon.
I did plenty of research before going ahead and having nipple inverted surgery. The surgeon was very up front and honest, as I had already had a breast uplift and implants. Before surgery went ahead, I needed the information on where this surgery was done and how the procedure was done.

I had a really good experience with the team at Mac's clinic. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel at ease. I had direct contact with the surgeon if I needed to ask any questions before and after surgery, and the nurse held my hand throughout the Procedure. When I had a consultation with the surgeon, He suggested a less expensive procedure that actually had a better outcome for me. In terms of price, it was very reasonable. This practice is certainly not out to just make money.

I want to thank Mr Shailesh Vadodaria and his team at the MACS clinic for the kind personal care they gave me. I had a good experience at the MACS clinic. From the outside, it’s not got the same aesthetics as a plush London clinic, but it was the expertise that I was looking for.
Mr Vadodaria is an excellent surgeon, extremely well qualified and experienced, with fantastic interpersonal skills. He made me feel very relaxed and put me at ease. The rest of the clinic staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
You have to be prepared that sometimes, you may have a bit of a wait at appointments. That’s because Mr Vadodaria won’t rush his consultation or follow-ups with his patients. I’d far rather that than be rushed through, as if on a conveyor belt! I always felt well-informed but under no pressure during consultations.

I first met Mr. Vadodaria in 2022 and found him to be incredibly kind, gentle, reassuring and informative, with absolutely no pressure. After taking time to think it through (took me a few years), I went back a few weeks ago and had my labiaplasty done, and I’m so glad I did.

I was very nervous beforehand, but Mr. Vadodaria and his team made me feel comfortable throughout. They even insisted on having my favourite music on during the procedure, which really helped. Before as well as during the procedure, he made absolutely sure I was happy with what we were aiming to achieve in terms of the final look.

Everyone was professional, supportive, and made what could potentially be a really awkward experience feel as relaxed as possible.

I’ve had two check-ups since, and my healing has been great with no issues. I’m over the moon with my results and would definitely recommend Mr. Vadodaria and his team to anyone considering labiaplasty.

I had a scar review surgery with Mr Vadodaria in December 2026, of a surgery done elsewhere, and it was a really great process. The salient points of my experience, I would say, were how much respected I felt, how much Mr Vadodaria listened to what I wanted, that he listened to my expectations, that he informed me about the surgery, how he discussed with me and his team and me about my surgery and offered his word of advice in a very warm way.
