Hi , This is Sivapriya 35 Y , From where to start ..By nature I am little over normal weight having 68 Kgs and 5”3 during Marriage and I have 2 Cererians one @2008 followed one in 2014 and I have spent lot of time in getting rid of my weight post pregnancy with vigorous Gymming, Diet and tried all kinds of diet that exist around us . I still have no luck and I used to weight 96 Kgs post second pregnancy and I could able pull till 82 Kgs /2019 leaving with heavy pouch and saggy belly which used to put me lot of stress on my back bone and used have pain creating my posture leading to bending.. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure.
