They even appointed a translator for me named Ms. Fai. She is very nice, helpful and attentive to me. The doctor gave a good explanation and suggested what is suitable for any problems. The operation went smoothly. I feel giddy and cold shivering after the operation. The nurse mentioned my condition and was attentive too. She also gave me tips and tricks to help my recovery process. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. I travelled from New Zealand to Dr Prinya’s Clinic two weeks ago. I had a lower face & neck lift and nose tip surgery. He has done an incredible job on my face and nose. Exactly what I wanted. The Dr is a very skilled surgeon in my opinion. The incision scars are so well done that you can hardly tell they are there after two weeks. Now the swelling has come down and I’m out in public people are commenting on how good I look. Dr Prinya speaks great English and makes you feel at ease throughout the surgery process. His staff are very friendly and helpful & speak some English too. I can not thank Dr Prinya and his staff enough for making me feel so safe and at ease through the entire process. I highly recommend this clinic for your surgeries. And the price is incredibly cheap for the skill Dr Prinya has. I will be returning in the near future for more work.

We always take the time to complain or write a bad review when we have had a bad experience, but we rarely take the time to thank and compliment when you are happy with the service provided. With my advancing age, my double chin hid my already not so prominent chin. I consulted various Dr's across Bangalore and also read every possible online forum and Dr reviews. The one person that really stood out during all these discussions and conversations was Dr Aniket. He was the only Dr. that actually gave me options that were not motivated by billing me an expensive procedure, but a procedure (which was cheaper than the one I wanted) that give me the best results. He took the time and explained to me the Pros and Cons of every option/procedure, what to expect from it and then suggested what would work best for me. I am really glad that I took the time to look around and finally decided to go with Dr Aniket. I am 3 days post-op and I couldn't be more happy with what I got done. I am extremely happy with my results and I am already back at work!
I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..

During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
