Very easy and smooth process. I went in for a mole removal. The translator (Solya) was very helpful and kind, so I felt at ease throughout the process. Dr Dan explained the process of mole removal clearly and the actual procedure wasn't painful at all. The clinic overall was very clean and the staff were very helpful and professional.

I had injections here and the results were amazing. My face's skin looks shiny.

First time here. The environment is quite nice and cozy. Done tummy fat freezing. The entire process was not painful at all.

Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

Blepharoplasty I had badly hooded eyes. I have a blepharoplasty top. No pain felt. Recovery easier than expected. The doctor is so quick and responsive. This surgery was not planned. I found out about the doctor and the clinic while on vacation. The doctor responded so quickly, and he was able to squeeze me in for surgery on his busy schedule. Fabulous after surgery care. I've just recently (May 2026) had 2 large moles removed - one from my back, the other from my left cheek - both by laser. As I was a bit nervous, I had the one on my back lasered first. It was fast and painless, and went as easy as pie! Therefore, I had the mole on my cheek lasered 6 days later. The area on my back took 2 weeks for the skin to heal (i.e. before the scab disappeared), as it was slightly bigger; the area on my cheek was shorter, at 10 days. The results are incredible, and I couldn't be more pleased! Although I was nervous to start with, Dr. Stephen and his lady assistant both made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are both well-experienced, and Dr. Stephen "really knows his stuff", as he's had 20+ years of doing this. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽
