I recently accompanied my niece to BPS clinic for gender reassignment surgery. We were both very anxious but were very reassured when we met the doctor and clinic staff. The surgery was a success, and the aftercare was incredible. Every staff member we encountered was not only very professional but kind, caring and supportive. We had all the benefits everyone else has mentioned, car transfers to and from our hotel for every follow up appointment, daily contact from Ms Tak, and a transfer back to the airport with a generous supply of meds and dressings etc. We are so grateful for this life-changing surgery and for the way we were looked after at BPS Clinic.

I chose the PI B procedure. Dr. Narendra Kowshik performed the surgery excellently. The recovery period was made much easier thanks to the supportive staff, nurses, and workers. I was able to walk comfortably after 7 days and pass urine normally. Dilation started on the 9th day, and the depth varies from around 5 to 8 inches, I believe. I came alone, without any attendants, and stayed for nearly 14 days, but I truly felt at home during my time there. I'm very thankful for their excellent and compassionate care. Doctor Tony Clinic is quite easy to find. It is very close to landmarks like Central Eastville Bangkok. The clinic itself looked good. I had Coolsculpting and I’m feeling much better now. Good communication and follow-up.

During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
