I had an exceptional experience here. After extensive research and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to contact the clinic via WhatsApp. Although communication was occasionally slow, being clear with your queries helps. The clinic is centrally located, easy to find, and boasts a stunning interior. Everything is top-of-the-line. I was greeted warmly, and everyone involved from the customer service team, reception, nurses and surgeon were all incredibly kind, which helped ease my nerves. From start to finish, I felt safe and heard. This team is amazing. Highly recommended.

I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I have to tell about nurses they are awesome on treating patients with patience. They always carry a smiley face with love and care. On the whole hospital, the ambience is excellent.

I am Vineet Kumar age 54 years. I had been suffering from nasal congestion for several years due to which breathing through nose was insufficient. I had become dependent on Otrivin nasal drops and could not manage without it. Dependency kept increasing with use. In 2019,I underwent nasal septoplasty surgery along with removal of nasal polyps and turbinates. But the problem reappeared within 2 years. I asked my former neighbour Dr.Rohit Krishna for advice on how to get cured of this problem. After doing clinical physical examination,he asked me to get MRI done and after seeing the MRI report he told me to get septoplasty surgery done. In March 2023,he did my surgery and corrected the deviated septum and removed the polyps. The surgery went off very smoothly and I was discharged from hospital the next day. My hospital stay of one and a half days was very comfortable with personal attention of Dr.Rohit Krishna and nurses. He visited me twice a day besides speaking with me on phone.Three days post surgery he picked me in his car from my house and took me to the hospital and removed the dressing from my nose. It gradually healed in a few days and I am absolutely fine now. After another 4 days,he again took me for a second check up. He advised me to do some minor procedures at home which helped in healing. All pre-surgery, surgery and post surgery were covered under my mediclaim policy with hospital expenses being cashless.

We always take the time to complain or write a bad review when we have had a bad experience, but we rarely take the time to thank and compliment when you are happy with the service provided. With my advancing age, my double chin hid my already not so prominent chin. I consulted various Dr's across Bangalore and also read every possible online forum and Dr reviews. The one person that really stood out during all these discussions and conversations was Dr Aniket. He was the only Dr. that actually gave me options that were not motivated by billing me an expensive procedure, but a procedure (which was cheaper than the one I wanted) that give me the best results. He took the time and explained to me the Pros and Cons of every option/procedure, what to expect from it and then suggested what would work best for me. I am really glad that I took the time to look around and finally decided to go with Dr Aniket. I am 3 days post-op and I couldn't be more happy with what I got done. I am extremely happy with my results and I am already back at work!
