I got my face injected here. The service was great. The equipment was clean and up to standard. The doctor gave good advice at every step. The nurses and other staff provided excellent service. They followed up on the results after the procedure very well. They were very attentive to customers. Most importantly, the price was cheap. The injections were done by a real doctor, not a nurse. You can tell the doctor what kind you want. The advice given was very good. The hospital is beautiful and clean. It has received JCI world standards. There are many photo spots.

I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post-surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I can contact the team directly through the line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. They were professional, skilled and compassionate every step of the way. The day after my surgery and for the next four weeks, I went to the clinic every day for the de-swelling laser which is included with the surgery And every day Debora took her time to be by my side helping me with my questions, giving me the reassurance and encouragement that I really needed the first two weeks post-surgery. She also gave me tips and tricks to help my recovery process. I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. The post-surgery care from the team, including the receptionist and Dr. Colin's assistant, has also been prompt and attentive. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

The doctor was unable to assist me due to my body mass. The doctor was very nice to me but sadly he was unable to help me. I guess I'm just to fat, he said I'm a great doctor but not a miracle doctor. Lol, he was too funny he cracked me up.

I was suffering from Gynecomastia from last 18 years and trying to get rid off it. I was researching some cosmetic Surgeons for last 2 years and locked on Venkat Center. I would say it is my best decision. Doctor Aniketh is very supportive and explained the process and other factors nicely. All kind of tests were done before surgery to avoid any risks. The incision is also very minor with local anaesthesia. The staff were very supportive during and post the surgery. Doctor Aniketh is kind enough to followup with me post-surgery and answers all my queries patiently. Anybody who is looking for a similar treatment they can choose Venkat Center without any second thought.

I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..
