Customer of Bangkok Plastic Surgery, from USA. I had a neck lift and liposuction scheduled, we added a chin lift at the recommendation of Dr. Rodchareon. Overall it was a very positive experience with excellent customer service! Generally I'm very happy with the results, notably the neck and chin procedures. The liposuction results are still in process. I was told I'll see the best results after a few months. I'm optimistic. Bangkok Plastic Surgery is a well run operation with a focus on customer satisfaction, and optimal results. I'll likely come back for a touch-up (facelift) in the near future. The operations went smoothly, in a few hours. Recovery went fairly smoothly. Wearing compression bandages on head and stomach for extended periods was tiring but, expected. Medication helped me deal with any discomfort I experienced. Minimal pain, just some general soreness. All in all, I'm very happy with the results. No worries, everyone will take care of you, especially the doctor's assistant, Tak. She will keep communicating with you until your done and on your way home. Appointments in office, (1) preop day before surgery, (2) surgery, (3) bandage removal in a couple of days, (4) stitches removal one week post surgery and (5) final checkup before you return home (fly). The clinic supplies drivers to/from appointments. Class A treatment.

I chose the PI B procedure. Dr. Narendra Kowshik performed the surgery excellently. The recovery period was made much easier thanks to the supportive staff, nurses, and workers. I was able to walk comfortably after 7 days and pass urine normally. Dilation started on the 9th day, and the depth varies from around 5 to 8 inches, I believe. I came alone, without any attendants, and stayed for nearly 14 days, but I truly felt at home during my time there. I'm very thankful for their excellent and compassionate care. I decided to search Whatclinic while on holiday. Dr Harvard appealed most, after research. I was delighted to be given a consultation the next day and surgery the following day. The staff were great and Dr Harvard is a wonderful man whom I have complete faith in. He was calm, thoughtful, and precise. Did an excellent job Highly recommend. My experience was fantastic. During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
