Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. You're picked up from the airport in a beautiful, air-conditioned, luxurious car and taken to your hotel. Then picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. All check-ups follow that same pattern, and communication is excellent, so you always know what is happening. When you arrive at the clinic, there's somebody waiting at the door to welcome you with a smile, somebody waiting for you at reception, somebody waiting for you at the lift, etc. It's so organised, so streamlined and efficient. And the best thing is, every single person is friendly and approachable. Truthfully, it was a bit stressful arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and wanting surgery. But this team makes it so easy. When I met Dr Pichet, I just felt like I could trust him. He persuaded me to switch surgeries, and I was hesitant at first, but I think it's so important that you feel able to trust your doctor, and he has such a measured and caring air about him. You get the feeling that he takes such pride in giving you the best outcome. The entire team is so lovely. But special mention must go to Miss Tak - she's such a sweetheart. You get her WhatsApp number, so there's always somebody to contact if you have any questions. The actual surgery went really well - so many staff in the theatre, which felt so reassuring. Aftercare is excellent, and all clinical supplies and compression garments are provided, along with as many waterproof dressings as you could need. Faultless in every way, couldn't have asked for more.

I chose the PI B procedure. Dr. Narendra Kowshik performed the surgery excellently. The recovery period was made much easier thanks to the supportive staff, nurses, and workers. I was able to walk comfortably after 7 days and pass urine normally. Dilation started on the 9th day, and the depth varies from around 5 to 8 inches, I believe. I came alone, without any attendants, and stayed for nearly 14 days, but I truly felt at home during my time there. I'm very thankful for their excellent and compassionate care. I am a retired 56-year-old Critical Care RN from the United States of America. I had a few different surgeries done by doctor Rajat Gupta and would like to share my experience with others. I would like to start from the very beginning how I came into contact with doctor Rajat Gupta and his team. The idea of plastic surgery has been on my mind for a while now. One day, I was casually researching the plastic surgeons in Delhi because I come there quite often, and what caught my eye is the high credentials and high patient satisfaction rating that doctor Gupta has. I contacted his office and was promptly scheduled a video consultation with him. What impressed me the most about doctor Gupta is that he was very direct and knowledgeable about what needs to be done in order, as I joked with him to "make me look in my 20s again". He laughed and said "No one can do that, but I can definitely make you look 15 years younger". The rest of the process was easy. We scheduled the timing for the surgery. Doctor's assistant Reena, was in constant contact with me and guided me what needed to be done prior to surgery regarding to tests and blood work. The surgeries that doctor Gupta performed for me were upper and lower blepharoplasty, lipo filling, and Deep Plane face and neck lifts. It is only 2.5 weeks into my recovery which is quite early, but I already can see the amazing results of what Doctor Gupta has done for me. Another moment I want to mention is that the fees for the surgery were absolutely transparent. I was told the cost of everything, and this is exactly how it was. No hidden charges and fees for anything thereafter. The recovery process is not easy as I was well aware already being a nurse myself, it requires a lot of patience and time. But during all that I didn't feel alone because doctor Gupta and his team were checking on me and guiding me through the process. Reena, the doctor's assistant, was available day and night whenever I had a questions or concern. Another thing to mention is that the Excel Hospital, where my surgeries were performed, is very modern, and spotlessly clean, and the staff is very professional and well-trained. I highly recommend doctor Rajat Gupta and his team for any type of aesthetic procedures.

During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
