Surgery: Facelift + Neck lift Satisfaction: We came from 1st day to meet Miss Donut and she accommodated us so well, staff were so kind , after few minutes, the doctor meets us and explain all procedures, the next day I had my operation and turns out to be sucessful. I stay at the hospital for 2 nights, nurses take care of me so well. They came at me everytime I ask for any help and they are happy and polite most of the time. After 6 days, they remove the stitches and it's all fine. I am so glad I went to Asia Cosmetics Hospital, I was so happy because all that I expected was done smoothly. She also gave me tips and tricks to help my recovery process. I recently accompanied my niece to BPS clinic for gender reassignment surgery. We were both very anxious but were very reassured when we met the doctor and clinic staff. The surgery was a success, and the aftercare was incredible. Every staff member we encountered was not only very professional but kind, caring and supportive. I had breast augmentation with Dr Ng in August 2022. On the day of surgery, I somehow got fever and Dr Ng didn't want to do the surgery to make sure safety first (although I kind of insisted to do it). Fortunately I and my husband had planned to stay in Penang for 12 days so I was able to get them done 2 days before leaving. Now it's been more than 10 months since the surgery, and I and my husband are very happy of the results. We were overly worried before the surgery since this is the first time either of us ever has surgery. But we knew we were in good hands and safe facilities, and having met Dr Ng in person during consultation and a couple other times in the hospital had us feeling safer and not worry anymore. Dr Ng is a kind person, a professional and a master in his skills. I and my hubby are very happy we chose him as my surgeon. The nurses are knowledgeable experienced nurses, the facilities are clean and well-run. Thank you to all the team, it has been a truly positive experience.

I underwent a form of genioplasty called chin wing osteotomy with Dr. Rohit and I’m extremely happy with the results. One of my main goals was to achieve a more balanced and mature-looking face, and this surgery delivered exactly that. My facial symmetry has noticeably improved, and I feel much more confident with my appearance. I specifically told him that I wanted an even and more straight jawline (I had and inverted and uneven jawline before the surgery) and the results came out even better then what I envisioned in my head. I now have a straight jawline that is more proportional to my face without it looking overly masculine which was another concern of mine Dr. Rohit listened to all of my concerns and was very friendly, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. I also want to highlight how smooth the recovery process was. I had no nerve damage and no pain after the surgery, which was a huge relief. The care and precision that went into the procedure really show in the outcome. I’m very grateful to Dr. Rohit and the team for their expertise and for helping me get the look I was hoping for.
