I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. I was suffering from Gynecomastia from last 18 years and trying to get rid off it. I was researching some cosmetic Surgeons for last 2 years and locked on Venkat Center. I would say it is my best decision. Doctor Aniketh is very supportive and explained the process and other factors nicely. All kind of tests were done before surgery to avoid any risks. The incision is also very minor with local anaesthesia. The staff were very supportive during and post the surgery. Doctor Aniketh is kind enough to followup with me post-surgery and answers all my queries patiently. I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..
