Rhinoplasty: It is now about 18 hours after surgery and I am in the process of discharging from the hospital. After surgery, there was no real pain but there was a lot of discomfort with minor bleeding. After about 12 to 14 hours after surgery and after the gauze was removed all discomfort unless I physically touch or move my nose. I have not seen the final result of the surgery because I am still wearing a hard cast over the nose, But I am encouraged by the lack of pair in suck a short time. I look forward to seeing the results of the surgery once the cast is removed in one week. So one week after surgery I removed the bandage for first time to see my past surgery nose. I am happy to see that my nose is straighter more vertical than it was before surgery but I look forward to seeing improvement over the next Months as my nose continues to heal. I chose the PI B procedure. Dr. Narendra Kowshik performed the surgery excellently. The recovery period was made much easier thanks to the supportive staff, nurses, and workers. I was able to walk comfortably after 7 days and pass urine normally. Dilation started on the 9th day, and the depth varies from around 5 to 8 inches, I believe. I came alone, without any attendants, and stayed for nearly 14 days, but I truly felt at home during my time there. I'm very thankful for their excellent and compassionate care.
