He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. Just had upper and lower blepharoplasty 2 weeks ago with Dr Nguyen. My eyes were very puffy as a result of rheumatoid medication. I am VERY happy with the results, better than I expected! Excellent workmanship in performing procedure - very gentle, well-experienced and confident. The incision is also very minor with local anaesthesia. The staff were very supportive during and post the surgery. I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure.
