Because I am from Singapore, they appoint an agent to advise me through WhatsApp about everything. In Asia Cosmetic Hospital, the staff are friendly and efficient. They even appointed a translator for me named Ms. Fai. She is very nice, helpful and attentive to me. The doctor gave a good explanation and suggested what is suitable for any problems. The operation went smoothly. I feel giddy and cold shivering after the operation. The nurse mentioned my condition and was attentive too. One service that I am very satisfied with is they arrange transportation for me to and back from my Airbnb. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I have been through a lot have seen some of the most influential doctors in the United States but I'm sorry to say you cannot compare doctor to the doctors in the United States that I've seen there's just something quite different about the way he does his surgeries the way he looks at you the way he sees things that other doctors haven't even pointed out that have caused problems that I was wondering what it was and didn't know why. For example, my lower lip was hanging due to a slipped muscle. very intricate surgeries that he did for me that all the doctors I had had consultations with and even surgeries with never even pointed that out to me. .I have also seen his before's and afters and met other patients and they were so happy with his work and I saw his work and they looked amazing. May friend and I both came from America to have procedures done by Dr Nguyen as we were planning on being in Vietnam for a month. We did our research and saw all the wonderful testimonies by other patients and we were also impressed at the number of years of experience he had and that he studied in Paris and South Korea. I will admit we were nervous, but Dr Nguyen and his assistant Dr Binh were amazing. They answered every question we had and made suggestions in addition to what we requested. The procedures performed were eyelid surgery (upper and below), full facelift, brow lift, and neck lift. They provided a wonderful assistant to stay with us overnight at the hospital and made us as comfortable as possible. They a sent us home with clear instructions, antibiotics and anti swelling meds, ointment, face slings and much more. In the first week of recovery they both were in constant touch with us thru What’s App and even made house calls on us. After the second week we felt good enough to continue traveling in Vietnam, and before we left Ho Chi Minh, Dr Binh treated us to lunch! We left Ho Chi Minh and got our stitches removed at a hospital in Hanoi. All the while, both doctors were in constant communication with us despite the fact that they were in TET holiday with their families. I am Vineet Kumar age 54 years. I had been suffering from nasal congestion for several years due to which breathing through nose was insufficient. I had become dependent on Otrivin nasal drops and could not manage without it. Dependency kept increasing with use. In 2019,I underwent nasal septoplasty surgery along with removal of nasal polyps and turbinates. But the problem reappeared within 2 years. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring. I am absolutely thrilled with my results!! It has only been a week and a half since my surgery and already I love the results. Dr Lin is a gifted surgeon. Also, his nurses on the day of my surgery were superb! The nurses went out of their way to make me comfortable. Everyone spoke English extremely well. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure.
