He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I recently accompanied my niece to BPS clinic for gender reassignment surgery. We were both very anxious but were very reassured when we met the doctor and clinic staff.
