She always made me feel like I am her one and only priority and nothing is ever a bother, no matter how many questions and how many times I ask her the same questions…brain fog after the surgery? Prior to my surgery, I was extremely nervous, as expected. Debora took the time to explain how every step of this process will be, what to expect before, during and after surgery, constantly reassuring me and checking in on me. My surgery lasted about 8 hours and it was clear that Dr.Yoo and the team came in fresh, focused, and ready to deliver exceptional results. They were professional, skilled and compassionate every step of the way. The day after my surgery and for the next four weeks, I went to the clinic every day for the de-swelling laser which is included with the surgery And every day Debora took her time to be by my side helping me with my questions, giving me the reassurance and encouragement that I really needed the first two weeks post-surgery. She also gave me tips and tricks to help my recovery process. I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. I am Namrata Kukreja, I stay new Delhi, I developed a pain full swelling in right armpit so I went Dr Rohit Krishna for Treatment at his south delhi clinic. I can't explain how happy I am with the results . I had a breast reconstruction (breast reduction) surgery at the Excel Hospital under Dr. Rajat Gupta as my plastic surgeon and his wonderful team. Out of many proud decisions of my life, having Dr. Gupta chosen as my surgeon was one of them. I have suffered a huge part of my life physically, emotionally, mentally because of those heavy breasts. I used to cancel on social events, meeting friends, basically making appearances because I felt ugly , looked ugly in whatever I wore coz of my breasts. I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..
