I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty - Dra. Nikki was very personable and was a delight to speak with during every appointment. It's uncommon to find a doctor who combines such personal care with exceptional medical expertise. She even responded to my text messages after office hours which I really appreciated knowing that she was there for any concerns I had after the surgery. All of the staff was great – they were helpful and patient. Her secretary, Janice, also gave great support to me after the surgery to which I am very grateful. Surgery as an outpatient was done in St. Luke's BGC, one of the top hospitals in Manila. Her fee was very reasonable and I'm really glad I've found her through WhatClinic. Another thing, she did not charge me any consultation fee which is a nice part of her service. I highly recommend becoming her patient!
