Dr Nhan gave me the body I always dreamed of. As a 40 year old mom who has had four kids and had dramatic weight loss, it was important to me that not only I had a surgeon that had great bedside manners but a surgeon who listened to my wants and needs. I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I felt totally safe in the care of Dr. Rao and the excellent staff at Beams. I had multiple procedures and 2 surgery sessions. Dr. Rao was warm, professional, and my advocate post-surgery. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring.
