I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. I went to Dr Lin for rhinoplasty. I interviewed five different doctors in Taipei. Dr Lin was very qualified. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring. I am absolutely thrilled with my results!! It has only been a week and a half since my surgery and already I love the results. Dr Lin is a gifted surgeon. Also, his nurses on the day of my surgery were superb! The nurses went out of their way to make me comfortable. Everyone spoke English extremely well. I was given clear instructions from the start, which I followed to the teeth (as much as possible) leading to a fast recovery and less than anticipated downtime, which was very important for me as I couldn’t take a lot of time off from work.

I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..
