I went to BeautUp Clinic for a hair transplant. The surgery (3,000 grafts) took almost 8 hours, with a break for some food (I wanted to go for Indian but was given Thai food, I was told to avoid spicy food for a couple of days), anyway, that is anecdotal. The surgeon and her team (3 young women, in total), were excellent. The manager, Mr. Tong was present at times, always bubbly and ready to lend a hand if anything was needed. I feel that they have done a great job of giving me back some years of happiness. I look forward to seeing the locks of my younger years covering my forehead once again.

I had a face light with Dr Siripong about three years ago. I took one year to research plastic surgeons and after much investigation, I chose Dr Siripong. My results were amazing. I am 78 now and believe I look 20 or 30 years younger. He is an amazing surgeon. Speaks good English. A kind and gentle man. You can stay at accommodation next door to the hospital which is great. During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
