I had two sets of impacted wisdom teeth removed and Dr Mei Chong was fantastic. Smooth, efficient, considerate and minimal discomfort despite one tooth more complicated and needed cutting. The dentist is professional, and the nurse is polite and provides the information in every detail. That is very clear to me when making the reservation.

During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
