The clinic is centrally located, easy to find, and boasts a stunning interior. Everything is top-of-the-line. I was greeted warmly, and everyone involved from the customer service team, reception, nurses and surgeon were all incredibly kind, which helped ease my nerves. They were professional, skilled and compassionate every step of the way. The day after my surgery and for the next four weeks, I went to the clinic every day for the de-swelling laser which is included with the surgery And every day Debora took her time to be by my side helping me with my questions, giving me the reassurance and encouragement that I really needed the first two weeks post-surgery. She also gave me tips and tricks to help my recovery process. I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. Overall it was a very positive experience with excellent customer service! Generally I'm very happy with the results, notably the neck and chin procedures. The liposuction results are still in process. I was told I'll see the best results after a few months. I'm optimistic. Bangkok Plastic Surgery is a well run operation with a focus on customer satisfaction, and optimal results. I'll likely come back for a touch-up (facelift) in the near future. The operations went smoothly, in a few hours. Recovery went fairly smoothly. Wearing compression bandages on head and stomach for extended periods was tiring but, expected. Medication helped me deal with any discomfort I experienced. Minimal pain, just some general soreness. All in all, I'm very happy with the results. No worries, everyone will take care of you, especially the doctor's assistant, Tak. She will keep communicating with you until your done and on your way home. Appointments in office, (1) preop day before surgery, (2) surgery, (3) bandage removal in a couple of days, (4) stitches removal one week post surgery and (5) final checkup before you return home (fly). The clinic supplies drivers to/from appointments. Class A treatment.

I went to Dr Lin for rhinoplasty. I interviewed five different doctors in Taipei. Dr Lin was very qualified. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring.
