My surgery lasted about 8 hours and it was clear that Dr.Yoo and the team came in fresh, focused, and ready to deliver exceptional results. They were professional, skilled and compassionate every step of the way. The day after my surgery and for the next four weeks, I went to the clinic every day for the de-swelling laser which is included with the surgery And every day Debora took her time to be by my side helping me with my questions, giving me the reassurance and encouragement that I really needed the first two weeks post-surgery. She also gave me tips and tricks to help my recovery process. I’m absolutely thrilled with my results and I’m looking forward to coming back in September for the second procedure of the eye-pop surgery….stay tuned for more detailed updates. During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
