I had a mommy makeover with Dr. Phúc Đinh. His communication was excellent and he was by far the nicest and most approachable surgeon I had consulted. He provided clear guidance, realistic expectations, and thorough postoperative care. The results are natural and well-proportioned.

During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.

Doctor Singh was very kind to call me personally to give advise relating to repairing a broken denture and also do a quick follow-up the day after repairing it. The dentures were my dad's and as he needed it urgently, Doctor Singh's services were perfect as the repair took less than 3 hours and the price was reasonable. When you arrive at Gleneagles level 3, the clinic is easy to spot too as it has the coolest wooden door and interior amongst the rest of the clinics.
