The surgery was performed professionally and with care by the head surgeon and nurses. The results were better than what I expected and imagined. The before, during and aftercare by "Snooker", our assigned Chief of Staff was so caring, knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through the whole process, organizing everything, explaining everything and doing the general "running around" to make sure we were happy and comfortable. She also gave me tips and tricks to help my recovery process. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery.
