I recommend IVAN DENTAL! The place is amazing. I did all-on-4, and it was a great experience, no pain to speak about, and I have a beautiful smile now. Doctor Ivan is knowledgeable and experienced, answering all questions and explaining everything. All assistants were nice and helpful. They treat you like family. And the organisation of all of it is great: one is picked up at the airport and left at the hotel, everything on time, not a minute delay. Thanks to Brianda, the most kind, thoughtful and beautiful patient coordinator – they take care of you every step of the way. If you go there, you’ll be in good hands and meet with sincere kindness and professionalism.

After having my implants done in Costa Rica, I was hesitant to return because the treatment plan we originally agreed on was changed while I was sedated. That said, the implant work itself was excellent, so I spent a long time using my temporary acrylic dentures, needless to say they finally started falling apart so I had to do something. I was worried no one else would be able to work with that implant brand. Reaching out to Mary was such a relief. She immediately let me know they could work with my implants, and her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Dr. Aranxa, Dr. Albert, and the dental assistants Yajani and Arath were all amazing — professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. They made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Also, Dr. Aranxa is also the best DJ in town :) To top it all off, the final cost ended up being about $1,000 less than what I had been quoted in Costa Rica. I’m so grateful I found Novodent and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality dental care. I am looking forward to coming back in 6 months for the maintenance.

I have been researching dental implants for quite some time now. I was looking for price affordability, quality of materials, expertise and the risk of doing a full mouth implant for myself. This is to replace my partial denture and several loose teeth, which are very uncomfortable as of late. I looked into local oral surgery offices in and around Houston, Texas, and abroad (Turkey, the Philippines and Mexico). The cost is high and I’m very much priced out of the quote I was given in Houston. I chose Algodones, Mexico for its short flight from where I am. Two to three hours from Houston, and about 18 hours less for flights to Turkey or the Philippines. I’m originally from the Philippines, but my thought process is to have a quick flight in case I need an emergency remedy for my implants; thus, Mexico was my final choice. I spent hours texting and talking to different clinics in Algodones, Mexico, comparing prices in connection to the services and materials included in the package they offered. And from my research came one clinic that I thought had the highest quality of implant with an affordable package for a full mouth procedure. Varto Oral Surgery quoted me less than $20K in September 2025 with “all on four” on upper and lower implants using Straumann and Zirconia permanent teeth. The packages also include bone graft, dental extractions, ct scan, sedation, hotel accommodation and airport pickup to and from the hotel/airport. Dr. Roberto Vargas and his team worked on my procedure with ease and reassuring calmness as if they’ve done this kind of surgery a million times. I was awake when they cleaned my existing teeth. After that, I got sedated, and when I woke up, all my old teeth were extracted, and 8 implants were already embedded into my jaw. I felt only a little discomfort on my gums. The next morning, I was fitted with the temporary teeth and by noon, I was on the observation phase with almost no swelling. Varto clinic provided me, free of charge, medications for two weeks. As I write this review, it’s been 4 weeks since my procedure. I have no more swelling, no pain on my gums, and no bleeding. Chewing a food that is comparable to boiled broccoli is still getting used to but with careful processing, it is manageable. My next appointment for permanent Zirconia teeth fitting is in February, and it seems my healing is progressing so fast that I can be back before the allocated 4 months healing period. I had seen my regular dentist here in the States a few years ago for my routine cleaning and assessment. During the process, the dentist informed me of certain procedures that needed to be performed, including a bridge, the possible removal of a tooth, and the repair or replacement of one chipped tooth. The quoted figure was in the range of $22,000, which I was told was a starting fee, as additional costs could arise if complications occurred. I was shocked at the proposed cost, and my dental insurance covered only a tiny fraction of it. As an optometrist, I had coincidentally spoken with one of my patients a year or two prior about a vacation I was planning in Costa Rica. He mentioned that a friend of his visits Costa Rica yearly, enjoys her vacations there, and has all her dental work performed at a fraction of the cost in the U.S. She raved about the quality of care and how affordable it was, even with the cost of her stay and travel. Based on that conversation, I went online and researched dentists in Costa Rica. I was amazed at how many clinics there were, all with excellent reviews. I ultimately chose Dr. Urzola based on reviews and his credentials. I connected with his staff concierge, Christina, who did a fabulous job arranging the transfer of my dental records for Dr. Urzola’s review. She also arranged for a personal phone call with him to discuss his suggested treatment plan and price quote. After reviewing everything, we agreed on a price of $4,700 for all the originally considered procedures plus a few additional services. Christina scheduled the appointment and helped me book a discounted reservation at a local hotel. I was met at the airport in San Jose by a chauffeur who drove me directly to the hotel. Two weeks later, when I returned to the States, the clinic provided chauffeured transportation back to the airport, all at no additional charge. Last year, I returned to Dr. Urzola’s clinic for more dental work, including several crowns, an extraction, and a bridge, once again saving thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this practice to friends, family, and even patients, knowing they will receive excellent care.

North Dental is very pleasant to work with and very easy to access from the border crossing. The staff there have been very friendly and caring. Had all on four started in September. Finished my final appointment for placement and January. I absolutely love my new smile.

Both my wife and I had dental work done and are very satisfied with the results. Clean, quality workmanship, pleasant, safe, and affordable. We highly recommend Unik Dental. We both received the best pain management we have ever had, no pain at all during treatment. Great care was taken to assure a proper fit of crowns and the bridge installed. Dr. Ruiz patiently worked to adjust my crowns to have a correct bite, Dr. Giraldo did my wife's bridge and he took great care to assure it was the correct fit and created a natural look. I had three zirconium crowns done; one was a replacement of a ceramic crown that another dentist (in the USA) installed that had cracked in less than one year, the second was a 40-year-old gold crown that was worn out, the third was a decayed tooth. My wife had a missing tooth and Dr. Giraldo explained the implant vs bridge options very clearly. The option we chose was to replace the tooth with a 3 tooth zirconium bridge.

I had 2 appointments with Dr. Morales. I had a loose bridge, and she gave me a consultation and and xray for my whole mouth at no charge. She was one of the best dentist I have ever had, for she took the time to talk to me about all my concerns and what would be the best for my bridge problem. The next week she removed the bridge and took out the two teeth that was holding it up. Then another surgeon put in bone graft for I had bone loss. Months down the road I will have 2 implants with a new bridge. Her shots I didn't even feel which I have always felt with other dentists. She is a very nice lady and I totally recommend her to be your dentist.

Dr. Yilka Gomez did an amazing job on my implants, bridge and the capping of a bicuspids. Dr. Gomez works hard and is determined to make sure her patients are satisfied with their finished product. It is so wonderful to have a fully operational mouth again - eating is so much more enjoyable! My teeth look great and I am very happy with the results. The office, in general, is very responsive, works hard and does its absolute best to make sure one walks away very happy. Jesus, Dr. Gomez's assistant, was amazing - warm, sincere, patient and very helpful at putting one at ease, and answering many questions and/or concerns, etc. Thank you, Dr Gomez. Thank you Jesus

I am so happy with my new gold dental bridge! I am an ordinary man, but I felt like royalty by the way I was treated by the staff at White Dental Clinica. The procedure cost me only a fraction of what I would have had to pay in Virginia. I went to Los Algodones on the spur of the moment. My old porcelain bridge, installed by a dentist in Salem, VA, broke while I had only one week of vacation left before returning to work. This happened on a Friday Night, and I knew it would take weeks before I could get a dental appointment here in VA, and perhaps a couple of weeks longer before I could get a new bridge. I call White Dental on Saturday, and they told me I could come in on Monday so I booked a flight to Yuma, AZ. Brian and Lupita met me at the airport, and took me across the border, directly to the dental office on Monday afternoon. It was the cleanest and most modern looking dental office I had ever seen. Dr. Matus treated me in a most professional manner. He removed the broken bridge, and took more time with me than any dentist ever had here in the US. He carefully explained the procedure to me, and then, made an impression for the bridge. He told me that a bridge could usually be installed the next day , but since I wanted a gold bridge (I was really tired of my porcelain teeth cracking and breaking.) he told me that the bridge would be ready on Wednesday. I was amazed at how fast I could get this done as it would have probably taken weeks in Virginia. Brian was absolutely wonderful to me. He took me to find a very reasonably priced hotel that was nice, and near the dental office. He picked me up both mornings I was there and took me to the dental office. (Dr. Matus checked my teeth again on Tuesday, and did a great job of filling and re-constructing a molar.) Brian and Valeria invited me to go riding around with them on Tuesday which was a delightful experience. Brian took me to an optometrist for an eye exam and new glasses. He took me to Lupita's restaurant where I was treated to delicious food, free of charge. On Wednesday Dr. Matus installed my new bridge which I really like a lot. Brian had me wait comfortably in the office reception room while his brother waited in line in the SUV to get near the border crossing. Then Valeria an Brian took me back to Yuma, AZ. I had the most wonderful, and surreal experience in Los Algodones. Everyone at White dentist was so professional and kind to me. They really went out of their way to make my stay in Los Algodones truly memorable. While I was there I felt like I was in a dream because I had never been treated like that before. I am hoping to make it back there in December for routine teeth cleaning. I highly recommend White Dental Clinica Dental to everyone. I cannot imagine being treated so well anywhere else.

I was looking for clinic in Los Algodones that would repair a broken crown...other large dental clinics wanted to redo 5 crowns, which did not need it. Dr Sephanie Corona did incredible work so that my beautiful smile has been restored. She gave me the choices rather than pushing a high-cost set of treatments. Outstanding, excellent dental clinic.

I visited this clinic about two weeks ago with some dental concerns. This clinic was recommended by some friends, and I'm happy they did because I had an excellent experience. My procedure involved a deep cleaning, two extractions, a bone graft and a bridge in preparation for dental implants. Since they have their own Lab onsite a beautiful bridge was done the same day. The whole procedure was painless, the recovery has been satisfactory and their prices are the best in the area. The staff is the BEST...friendly, knowledgeable, caring, professional and courteous. I want to thank Geovanna, as well as the hygienist,Dr. Frank, Dr.Cesar and Dr. Federico made me feel comfortable all the time. They also give great advice on preventative care and maintenance. I will definitely continue to come to this clinic and I already referred multiple family members and friends here.

I’ve been going to Circle Dental for years with absolutely no complaints. The office staff are always great and friendly. The last two times I’ve been there was just for some fine tuning for work done a couple years ago they really stand behind the work they do.

I needed a root canal and a crown. I called the clinic and the front desk, and she spoke perfect English. She explained to me the cost of the procedure and the crown. It was1/3 third of what two clinics quoted me in Houston. I made an appointment for April /29/ 2029. An assistant met as I crossed the bridge and walked a little over a block to the clinic. The clinic was clean and organised. The general dentist, Dr Ivonne, did the prep work, and she was very gentle. The Specialist Dr Luis Ivan Solizar did the root canal. The process was fast and almost pain-free. If any questions or explanations are needed during the work, the English-speaking front office lady. The dental assistants were all very kind and gentle. I chose a zirconium dental crown. Since they had their own lab, I chose to have it placed 3 hours later. My wife was a dental assistant for 25 years, and I did text her the X-rays and picture of the work. She said they did excellent work. Even though I used another clinic in the past, this clinic will be the clinic of my choice now. Thank you all for the amazing work you do. God bless you all. I spent the night in Corpus Christi and enjoyed visiting USS Lexington.
