Fantastic!!!!!!! If America knew about Manny and knew about the care, you would not be able to get an appointment. A friend of mine went to his clinic and told me about her wonderful experience. I thank God she did. The cost is fantastic! but it only starts there. When you contact Manny, he will check Southwest fights and circle the ones that work best, he emails you, his recommendation. He will guide you on what hotel to stay in and when you fly in Manny will pick you up at the airport, take you to the clinic over the border, he will carry you to the hotel and if you need to return to the clinic, he will pick you up again until your treatment is complete. Manny delivers you to the airport when you are ready. I have gone several times over the years and Manny and his team have been fantastic. A couple of weeks ago my front tooth broke that held a bridge that Manny's dentist completed. Manny told me he would warranty their work!!!!!!! I still expected to get a small bill. When I got to Harlingen Texas where Manny picks you up, he rolled out the red carpet and had his usual full-service treatment and at the end, we walked straight out the door. He never even mentioned payment!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!! I gave his team a nice tip but that was all I spent, and it was not expected. I did pay for travel but in America, it would have cost me all my savings. God Bless Manny and his team!!!!!!! This year will be by far easier for me and my family because of them.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

Had a dental cleaning, root canal, filling and crown done here. Very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable staff and dentists working here. Very clean office. Definitely recommend and will be returning for other work I need to be done.

I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule. They were very patient with me and went above and beyond. Very caring and understanding of my anxiety and needs, and I did NOT need sedated. Thank you all very much! Eres el mejor!!!

I had an emergency that needed to be treated quickly. The staff and the doctors have been amazing, and they resolved my problem in the best way possible. I most certainly recommend that clinic if you are in Panamá. The quality of the services and the amiability of the staff makes all the difference.

I had a most wonderful experience at Dental Solutions once again. The dentist and his assistant built an 8 tooth bridge after pulling a decayed tooth and did a marvelous and perfect job, as well as put crowns on 3 upper teeth. It was an extremely good job and at a very good value, I have a better bite now too and love my teeth. Dr. Ledsma put in 4 implants before and I am also pleased with those.

During my consultation, the dentist was very professional and explained the procedure to me in detail. I received phenomenal treatment from Dr.Pena and his staff! They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very friendly. Dr.Pena is the best dentist that I have ever gone to and he is a perfectionist at his craft. I really love my teeth and for the first time in over 10 years, I can smile again with confidence knowing that my teeth have been restored back to their original look before I started losing my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Juan Tomas Pena to anyone and everyone who is looking to replace missing teeth via dental implants because he is absolutely amazing and awesome! Though I have not yet received treatment, I wish to convey my appreciation to Dr Antillon for his quick and accommodating service. All aspects of my upcoming trip were well serviced including airport pick-up and living accommodations. I have been well informed throughout the process with phone calls and e-mail updates. I am really looking forward to visiting his facility and, of course, beautiful Guatemala.
