This dental office is great. Especially if you go through Ally. She is the reason I chose Circle Dental Group. Her energy and caring personality are hard to find. She took very good care of me. She managed better prices and she set up everything from my lodging to transportation. Ally is the go-to person because she sees you as a person. She speaks fluent English and knows her way around town. Ask for her.

In August of 2024, my husband decided he wanted to get dentures. This was because he has had dental problems for some time and does not like to go to the dentist. He will soon be 89 years old and decided if it was going to happen he had better get it done. I did a lot of research on dentures, crowns and implants. It all seemed very expensive. I then researched the dental facilities in Mexico. I read a lot of reviews, went on various websites and compared different clinics and dentists. After much discussion, we decided to use MARIETTA DENTAL CARE in Algodones, Mexico. We made a very good choice! When I called the office, I spoke with Luis Padilla, the patient coordinator. He was very cordial and set up an appointment for an evaluation. Their driver met us as we came into Mexico and took us to the clinic. At the office, we found it to be very clean and modern. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist, Jesus, who offered us coffee, soda or water while we waited for our appointment. At the appointment, the dentist who worked with my husband was Dr. Leslie Carrasco. She was very efficient, professional and gentle. After her examination, she gave her evaluation with a very good explanation of his problems. We were given three options for procedures for the dentures, crowns or implants. We then met with Luis Padilla and he reviewed the options with us. This included the time element for each option. The financial amount for each option was written out in detail for us to review. Luis offered to help us with accommodations if we had to stay overnight and a driver to take us to and from appointments while in Algodones. We agreed to let them know as soon as possible on our decision about the option my husband preferred. Crowns were the option he chose, especially with the short amount of time the whole procedure would take. Luis set up a schedule for the work to be accomplished in a total of four days. We agreed and decided to stay in Algodones while the dental work was done. Dr. Sarai Payan and her assistant Mia did most of the work with the preparation for crowns and bridges. After the crowns were made in the lab they did the work in putting them on the teeth. In doing all of this they were always conscientious about my husband’s pain level and made sure he was comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They also helped him choose the colour he wanted for the crowns and we were all very pleased with the results. Other specialists came in to do the extractions and the root canals that were needed. Again, his pain level was a priority in all the procedures. Now remember we are talking about a man who does not like dental work. He said he felt very little pain but his mouth was sore from holding it open for so long. All of the above took three days. On the fourth day Dr. Sarai checked his bite, did some adjustments, went over the care of his new teeth and gave him a final “O.K”. I would like to thank all the staff at the MARIETTA DENTAL CARE. From the dentist who worked with my husband, the receptionist, Jesus, including Danessa who helped me get prescriptions, and to the driver, Jerry, who got us very safely to and from all the appointments we highly commend you all. And we highly recommend you all! We met other patients from the east to the west coast at the office. These patients, along with my husband, were very efficiently directed by Luis Padilla, the patient coordinator. So, as I said in the first of this long review, we think we made a very good choice in going to MARIETTA DENTAL CARE!

I had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Ruiz was kind and helpful. He explained everything that was going to happen and how it turned out. I was happy with my cleaning. Well worth the price. I was also happy with Susy my driver who picked me up at the Casino and brought me back. Very nice young lady. I plan on coming back again. Maybe in their new building?

I am from Canada and whole-mouth dental implants are crazy expensive. Doing my due diligence (pricing, plan and time of completion), (with my dentists and through the dental school)), I found Costa Rica and Turkey were the two top countries for dental implants. Therefore, I randomly sent a request for information on the internet and within no time Dr. URZOLA called me. He was so informative and spoke English so well, I wasn’t long booking an appointment. Still, I had reservations and was hesitant about not knowing Dr. URZOLA and travelling to another country. Remember I had done my due diligence, I knew from my doctors in Canada what I needed to do. Well, after Dr. URZOLA saw my X-ray he reviewed his plan for me and was bang on. On Feb 12, 2024, I had 10 extractions, 2 sinus lifts, 5 implants in the top and 7 in the bottom. It was about a 4-hour procedure. (My dentist in Canada thinks I am crazy to have all this done at once) but it is done! The worst is over! I am so happy I trusted Dr URZOLA, Christina and the staff! Once the procedure was over, there were many follow-up checkups. Christina arranged for my pick up and delivery to the airport as well as hotel accommodations and drivers to their office and back to the hotel. It was hassle-free, and I am so grateful for this. Over the length of time, I met other people who were just like me. In terms of spending a lifetime trying to save my teeth who didn’t want to spend their life dealing with floppy dentures and adhesives? They also were very pleased and confident with Dr URZOLA. What a relief! I too have no reservations. No doubts. I will be returning to Costa Rica and to Dr URZOLA’s office to get two more implants on the top arch and my permanents at the end of June. It will be great to see everyone again. And of course to have my new white permanent teeth! No longer have to deal with dis-coloured, wobbly teeth, numerous dentist appointments, infections and partials. Happy dance! :)

This website helped me find a wonderful dentist in Algodones for my friend. Dr. Ivan and his wife Brianda helped us every step of the way—from guiding us on our drive to picking us up at the boarder and even to telling us the best place to get birria tacos and elote! Everyone was very nice and helpful. We stayed at a hotel the office recommended. It was a lovely hotel and we received a great discount. I also received a ride to and from the clinic at no extra charge. So far I'm very pleased with my temp dentures. I go back in 4 months to finish treatment. I started the procedure for the 6 in all, full mouth implants. I received 6 implants on top and 6 implants on bottom. After they heal, I'll go back to receive my permanent teeth! I live in San Diego, the drive to Yuma was only two and a half hours. It was very well worth it! I saved over thousands & thousands of dollars! I would highly recommend going to Mexico to get my teeth done! The clinic is very clean and they have up to date equipment and very knowledgeable staff. I felt safe and comfortable in the city, hotel, and the clinic. Also the food I could eat was amazing! The soups are so good at the hotel, California comfort & suites in Los Algodones. I recommend the clinic and hotel.

The Unik staff was fantastic. Dr Ramos is very good in his speciality Kim is his assistant. They were very gentle on the mouth the shots didn't hurt just a bit. I am returning to finish the rest of the work. Their prices are reasonable they have their lab to make their teeth bridges etc. They also do any type of work needed. There located in Los Algodones Mexico.

The best dental clinic in Los Algodones.** Very professional, clean, and they look out for what you really need. They treat you as a person, not just a number. I needed a crown on a front tooth that had needed to be fixed for a while. Was going bad for a couple of years. Due to my fear of the Dentist I kept putting it off. I had the best experience with a dentist ever. Had a root canal and never felt a thing. I would highly recommend Proesthetic Dental Care and will be looking forward to seeing Juan next year. I had four extractions with bone grafts, one crown replacement, and a cavity filled in two relatively short appointments over 2 consecutive days. I experienced little to no pain, only tenderness and moderate discomfort. The procedure plan was explained well. They took multiple scans to make sure everything was a perfect fit. The office was clean and well-organised. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was even picked up at a hotel in Yuma and driven to the office, eliminating the stress/problem of finding the location. The price was a fraction of what I'd have paid in the US... as well as a fraction of the time spent in the dental chair. I believe I got superior professional service than I would have in the States.

I have NEVER in my 70 years had such a conscious dentist and staff. They were the ultimate in professionalism, and their standards are so high. A real pleasure to go to this dentist. Thank you Yilka and Lise.

My experience began with research and ended with choosing RD Dental first because of their quick response and pricing (not the cheapest). They answered all my questions quickly. Yes, I was nervous about going into the unknown—from Canada to get implants—but the savings helped considerably! My sister and I flew into Phoenix, where we were quickly picked up by Jesus and Rossel from the clinic. We felt very comfortable right from the start! After a few stops in Yuma for lunch and coffee, the border crossing was so easy! They took us to the Hotel California, made sure we were checked in, and confirmed our appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. The hotel was ‘quaint’—nothing fancy, but clean, with air conditioning and a convenient café (great coffee and fresh donuts every day) and restaurant. The clinic also provided transport every day to and from the clinic if we wanted it. My first appointment went well. I initially planned for six implants, but after consulting with the dentist and reviewing the scans, I ended up getting eight implants, two root canals with crowns, an extraction, whitening, and, of course, a cleaning. After lunch at the adjoining restaurant, I went for the two root canals. Let me just say—if I had had two root canals at home, my mouth would have been sore for at least three days. Not here! The dentist numbed just enough, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. The next day included scans, crown fittings, whitening, and cleaning—thank you to Dr. Irma Barcia! She was gentle and quick. There was a lot of waiting around, but patience is key—it’s ‘Mexican time.’ The next day was the implants. Dr. Irma fitted the crowns, and then I saw Dr. Hector Manchvil (spelling?), the implant specialist. I was so nervous, but wow—he did an awesome job. Three hours later, I was walking out! While walking around Los Algodones, I saw numerous people with a lot of bruising—but not with Dr. Hector. I went back the next day, and there was very little swelling and no bruising. The following day was for recovery, and then on Friday, Mariela (the owner of both the dental clinic and restaurant) and Rossel drove us back to Phoenix. I know this was long, but I am looking forward to returning in September to finish up with the crowns. The whole crew here was fabulous! I can’t forget about Ivan at the front counter, the dental assistants, and the waitresses at the restaurant! I highly recommend RD Dental.
