The office operations manager, Itzhak is so responsive and professional! He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes. I had an appointment within a couple of days for a consult for an implant. At the consult, I met with Dr. Obeso and his assistant Rosario. They were thorough, and professional and took a generous amount of time to explain and answer all of my questions. I have 100% confidence in the services of Dental 3 Smiles. It is personal and not like "corporate dental services" where there may be a dozen patients at a time. I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

What a great place to have dental work. The staff was professional and friendly. English was spoken there as well. I had my teeth cleaned, and my husband had a cleaning. It was a great value for the procedures. I chose that clinic because I read their website and saw their reviews. It was very easy to make an appointment and they use WhatsApp. They kept in close contact with me before and after, which was very helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend Dental Works!

From the first minute, Dr. Delgado showed compassion, great doctor’s manners, excellent English, and a sense of humour that instantly made me feel comfortable—he was also clearly well-rounded and thoughtful in every topic we touched on. I was only in Playa del Carmen for two days, and he was incredibly flexible—after evaluation, he even arranged a driver for my CT scan and had me back in no time. His pricing was clear and fair, and he stuck to his word—no hidden fees, no surprises, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. He made a dental impression for a crown and told me to return in just a couple of hours—unbelievable compared to the weeks it takes back in the U.S.! He kindly showed me the laser dental machine that created a precise 3D model —it looked like that "Leeloo's DNA rebuild machine" straight out of sci-fi movie The Fifth Element! It was the only time I’ve had a crown placed with ZERO adjustments needed. I even squeezed in a teeth cleaning with Leny, his hygienist—she was super friendly and gave me great tips on places to visit in PDC. Because Dr. Delgado was so efficient and got everything done in one day, he freed up my second day—and I was even able to take a trip to Tulum!

I am from Peru but live in the US for the past 22 years. This is my second visit to Smiles Peru and I am nothing but greatful to the staff as they made me feel like family. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. They evaluated my dental condition and set a plan to restore my teeth in such a tight schedule of mine. Within a very short period of time, Dr. Antillon was able to accomodate my complicated timeline and I had my first appointment today. The customer service was exceptional and appreciated. As a nurse for 46 years, I do hold providers to very high standards, as well I should. My expectations were exceeded.

I'm from Germany and am an expat in Rio and Dr. Rowan was recommended to me by a friend. I went to his practice because I'm having quick tooth discolouration for unknown reasons. Dr. Rowan removed all discoloration and we discussed potential sources for the recurrent issue (chromogenic bacteria) and also potential plans to get rid of these bacteria longterm. He is a very educated and knowledgeable doctor and I'm very glad that I have found him!
