I can't say enough good about the care I received, first of all, I showed up with zero previous contact early one morning for a complete set of new dentures, and left a few hours before they closed with a perfect set. The staff took great care to do an excellent job, the best I've ever had. The dentist knew exactly what to do, and took pride in his work, also the gentleman who did the actual fabrication of the end product. I'm so glad I went there as it saved me $2K on a complete set in the U.S. with awesome end results. Parking near the Border was cheap and a long walk to the crossing, closest parking there is though. Pay them a visit and enjoy the fine results. Given a 2 year guarantee against breakage too. I imagine you'll be more organised than I by making an appointment beforehand. The gentleman Hector made every accommodation to make my time a breeze.

Dr Urzola and his staff were outstanding. I found them very well trained, professional and understanding of my need for implants. I had upper and lower complete new teeth. The place was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot in my 70 years. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering implants to put Urzola Dentistry high on their list of implant specialists.

I can’t overstate how much both the experience and the end results with Gabriel & Clear Choice Dental with the doctors and staff of Pinares Dental Solutions exceeded my expectations. The way that the two work together from the moment I arrived until Gabriel took us back to the airport is a marvel of service and ease. I came to get affordable dental care, but I had no idea just how much more was included. Gabriel and the clinic staff are consummate professionals. Patients’ needs and comforts are their highest priority. The large amount of work meant many appointments during two separate trips 6+ months apart. The care provided by the doctors and staff was the best I've ever experienced anywhere, bar none. But it was the services above and beyond dental work that were the wonderful surprise! With his help, what has always been a stressful ordeal at home became two genuinely happy experiences. I have worked and traveled in many parts of Latin America, and I would agree with her assessment. Costa Rica is a special place and Gabriel makes it more so! I also really want to honor Drs. Saenz and Gutierrez. They practice care to the highest technical and safety standards and their results are self-evident, but beyond that their doctor-patient manner was what impressed me. Needing as much extensive invasive work as she did, Jodi faced real physical and emotional challenges. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and supportive. Seeing my wife able to truly relax and smile without a care for the first time in years is happiness beyond words. Gabriel put us all together and made this all happen. It’s almost as an afterthought that I think of what it cost. But I want to highlight that both trips with a caregiver along (my son once and myself once) plus a few tourist attractions and day trips PLUS the cost of treatment still added up to well under half of what we were told the dental work alone would have cost in our country, even with what passes for ‘good’ dental insurance here. We are beyond satisfied with the entire experience!

I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week. I can't tell you enough how happy that makes me. Finally, a dentist who's not just seeing a "money-making-machine" in me, but has my best interests in mind! I love the result! It gives me so much confidence and I can finally smile like a beautiful butterfly! If you're looking for a trustworthy dentist, Dr. Jehova Rafa is the way to go!

Dr. Leslie Carrasco and her team were fantastic! Brenda, the receptionist, was friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Carrasco provided several treatment options, clearly explained the procedures, and performed detailed work to ensure the dental work was perfect. I highly recommend Marietta Dental and Dr. Carrasco.

I only had a retainer made. It is fine. They came and picked us up and took us back over the border which was really helpful. I will go back next time I need a dentist. This is the only out of five clinics that contacted me!

I had a full permanent implant denture on top and three implants on the bottom. The overall result was very good I am happy it was done at Dentics. The value is excellent. Gabby was wonderful to deal with, organized and professional. Their transportation arrangements for my wife and I were reliable and on time. The Dentists were specialized and very thorough with all of the work that had to be done. Thanks to everyone there.

I revisited this Dental Clinic to have 4 cavities filled. As usual; the staff are very professional and very courteous. The Doctor was very thorough with my x-rays and overall examination. I will not hesitate to revisit this establishment again ! Hi Brian, a big thanks to you buddy!

We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

My wife Michelle and I went to see Roberto for two implants for Michelle,she was a little nervous after getting the first stage done. When she went to our regular dentist and they told her everything was very good she was very happy. We would recommend Roberto and his staff to anyone. I recently visited Costa Rica dental clinic lab for new transplants, cleaning, and a crown procedure. The experience was exceptional, from the welcoming and efficient staff to the comfortable procedure. Dr.Cesar and Geovanna’s attention to detail were evident, making the overall visit highly satisfactory. I highly recommend their services for top-notch dental care.

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

Very impressive is the word I chose. So impressive with the entire operation. From the start to the final walkout. I'm from the US, I called and made the appointment, and they suggested several hotels or a meeting place. The driver called me to let me know he was on the way, very friendly and opened the doors. The staff greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. Then I was called to see the dentist. Again so impressive, she took her time going over the procedure, stated it was going to take some additional hours for my first set of dentures, and in the meantime, a driver would take me to the mall for lunch, which he came back to pick me back up and back to my appointment. Everything fit well. He took us back to the hotel and waited for the final dentures. The driver picked us up, the dentist made adjustments and said if I had any issues it would be a lifetime guarantee. I had a small issue which I called, they picked me up adjustments were made. Very happy, very satisfied, very impressed. Hope this helps you make your decision.

My family and I have had multiple treatments at Guatemala Dental Team and are always happy and satisfied with the results.
