Dr. Carlos Morales was extremely gentle and professional throughout the entire dental treatment. I had 5 root canals, 5 zirconia crowns, and 5 implants, all of the best quality. I do need to come back in 4 months for the second step, which is the implant crowns. I highly recommend CME Dental. I want to thank the entire team for the excellent experience I had at their office.

My experience began with research and ended with choosing RD Dental first because of their quick response and pricing (not the cheapest). They answered all my questions quickly. Yes, I was nervous about going into the unknown—from Canada to get implants—but the savings helped considerably! My sister and I flew into Phoenix, where we were quickly picked up by Jesus and Rossel from the clinic. We felt very comfortable right from the start! After a few stops in Yuma for lunch and coffee, the border crossing was so easy! They took us to the Hotel California, made sure we were checked in, and confirmed our appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. The hotel was ‘quaint’—nothing fancy, but clean, with air conditioning and a convenient café (great coffee and fresh donuts every day) and restaurant. The clinic also provided transport every day to and from the clinic if we wanted it. My first appointment went well. I initially planned for six implants, but after consulting with the dentist and reviewing the scans, I ended up getting eight implants, two root canals with crowns, an extraction, whitening, and, of course, a cleaning. After lunch at the adjoining restaurant, I went for the two root canals. Let me just say—if I had had two root canals at home, my mouth would have been sore for at least three days. Not here! The dentist numbed just enough, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. The next day included scans, crown fittings, whitening, and cleaning—thank you to Dr. Irma Barcia! She was gentle and quick. There was a lot of waiting around, but patience is key—it’s ‘Mexican time.’ The next day was the implants. Dr. Irma fitted the crowns, and then I saw Dr. Hector Manchvil (spelling?), the implant specialist. I was so nervous, but wow—he did an awesome job. Three hours later, I was walking out! While walking around Los Algodones, I saw numerous people with a lot of bruising—but not with Dr. Hector. I went back the next day, and there was very little swelling and no bruising. The following day was for recovery, and then on Friday, Mariela (the owner of both the dental clinic and restaurant) and Rossel drove us back to Phoenix. I know this was long, but I am looking forward to returning in September to finish up with the crowns. The whole crew here was fabulous! I can’t forget about Ivan at the front counter, the dental assistants, and the waitresses at the restaurant! I highly recommend RD Dental. They say bad things happen for a good reason. It’s an optimistic view, though sometimes it takes years to see that reason. I began my dental implant journey in 2019 in Los Algodones. I was promised the work would be completed in 1.5 years, but it ended up taking almost four. The worst part? The incompetence of the dentist. She placed three implants in my upper jaw incorrectly—one so poorly that I developed a bone infection, had to have the implant removed twice, and underwent three bone grafts. This alone delayed the completion of my treatment by two years. But here’s the good that came from it: Dr. Cesar Herrera. He is truly gifted—born to be a surgeon. If not for everything I went through, I wouldn’t have met this talented young doctor. I used to believe that all dentists were the same, but now I know that a skilled doctor makes all the difference. The clinic’s staff insisted the problems were my fault—blaming my lack of bone and the infection. But aren’t these common issues for people getting dental implants? A true expert doesn’t see obstacles; they see solutions. Dr. Cesar Herrera is one of those rare experts. His wife, Dr. Estefannia Herrera, is equally skilled. Together, this brilliant couple provides exceptional care, ensuring everything is done properly and on time. They work as a team at their own implant center in Los Algodones “Patzi”. In the end, a bad experience led me to two outstanding professionals—and for that, I’m grateful.

I have been going to this clinic since 2016. I have sent a lot of people here and I appreciate the fact they work with you over the weekend schedule. All the people working in this office take care of you like you are their family. Dr Rene has a very good crew. Thank you dental artistry. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Josef Cordero and his wife, Dr. Telma Rubinstein, bring nearly half of century of experience to their dental practice. Their daughter, Dr. Nadine Cordero contributes unstoppable energy to the team. They are supported by other dedicated members, including Dr. Coraline Nunes, Dr. Roberto Hernandes and Dr. Alejandro Montero. What truly sets this team apart is their passion for their work, which goes beyond financial motivation. In our opinion, this is one of the best dental family businesses in the world. With modern equipment and dental lab inside what can be done in U.S. for years, in Dr. Cordero's office can be done in days with better quality and around a half of the U.S. crazy prices. My wife and I highly recommend them. Our review is based not only on our own opinion, but also on the options of other patients who we interacted with while getting treatment there for one week in April 2025.

Dr Monica and Dr Moises got me in quickly for a sudden root canal due to a cracked tooth and multiple cavities to be filled, all under anesthesia. They were able to get me taken care of quickly and near painless, they also did an excellent job cleaning up my teeth and at a great price. My entire family will be scheduling all of our appointments to get our dental work done with them, I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services in Panama City!

I am very happy with the treatment that the doctors in the clinic did. They put me in Invisalign and is the best treatment ever. It does not compare with the conventional brackets.

I’d been wanting to get veneers for years. I never liked the look of my teeth despite going through both braces and Invisalign. They were uneven, small, and chipped and because of that I rarely showed my teeth when smiling for photos. I had been saving pictures of what I wanted my dream smile to look like for years and after lots of research and seeing what Dr. Rowan, Dr. Gabriel, and the team had accomplished in the past, I knew if anyone could give me my dream smile, it was them. I originally assumed I would find someone close to me in NYC to do my teeth, but after a friend mentioned they had gotten their teeth done by Dr. Rowan and I saw how fantastic those looked, I got in touch with him. Dr. Rowan met with me for hours and then was in communication with me for weeks leading up to my trip to Rio. Throughout that time he explained in incredible detail the technology they used, which is very advanced, and the overall process and what to expect. He took into account every aspect of what I wanted in my dream smile. Seeing that they were capable of, it was an obvious decision for me to go with them versus someone closer to home. Dr. Rowan and his team are not only more talented than anyone I could find in the U.S., they are also the most considerate, patient, and caring team I’ve ever come across. You do not get this kind of dedicated care in the U.S., in any medical field. Dr. Gabriel did my procedure while in Rio and carefully paid attention to the features of each individual tooth. He is an artist! For countless hours across a few days in the office (and through a weekend so that I could come to Rio on a quick trip from Thursday to Sunday and go home with a completed smile) he diligently worked on each tooth until and did not quit until my smile was perfect. I still cannot believe how natural each tooth looks. My result is better than any of the pictures I sent them in the planning process! I will be smiling big in all of my future photos! All of my happy moments will have a piece of them in it now! They have an incredibly caring team that were there every day dedicated to making sure my experience was fantastic, and it was! I’m usually a much more private person about this stuff, but they all are way too amazing to not share what an incredible experience and end result this was. It would be cruel to have a team dedicate this much time and attention and create such a perfect work of art and not share it with the world so everyone can know what they’re capable of!! Plus, I’m so happy with it that I’ve been telling everyone I see lol. My family and friends are obsessed with how it came out! My parents both have porcelain veneers and I’m sure will be coming here for their new future sets. They are blown away by the time and dedication to excellence this office has! had the best experience at Ideal Dental Center. I had veneers done here, and I could not be happier with the result. The whole process was so easy, with friendly staff and first-rate dentists. Special thanks to Dr. Guillermo Escamilla, who designed the veneers, and Dr. Gustavo Cruz, who did the work to prepare my teeth and then place the veneers on my teeth. They are a great team, and the whole staff was very professional. I now have the smile I have always wanted. 5 stars all around!
